Hi Everyone , 

I applied for my wife AOS on 11/15/2020. On 12/28/2020 we received our NOA1 since then we haven’t heard anything else . No biometric appointment nor any update on the case .. 

Normal? Or should I worry !!

My wife and I are filling the forms for adjustment of status , travel auth , and work auth . She originally came on a k1 visa . Is she required to fill out the I-131 form ? I do not understand how to fill it out or if she’s required to . If she is what is she supposed to check off for part 2 ?

Good news they updated it and she’s all set to pick her passport up . 🥳🥳

I had to new a new form because I filled out the 864 instead of the 134 . So wrong form . But it’s corrected and she’s about to be on her way !! 

Hello , 

My fiancé went for her k1 visa appointment yesterday. She was approved however due to the medical expiring and the one month extension they to request the extension. She was informed she will have to leave her country by 17th of Oct. That they would work on getting it done and the visa returned to her . In addition I had to support a new affidavit of support, which was done within an hour after her interview and emailed to them . My concern is they won’t have it done in time and I don’t want to panic or hound them . my fiancé says don’t worry they know the date she needs to leave and it will be fine . I don’t want to push the issue with her . But we didn’t book the flight and I worry they will drag there feet returning her passport/visa to her . 
Any advice ?

You need the original and a copy

No I’ve been diagnosed for years but it was controlled however it’s drastically gotten work over the past 2 months .

I had Covid on July 6th . I am healing . However since then I have had anxiety and panic attacks. My primary diagnosed me with PTSP. I was wondering if this could be an option to apply for an emergency interview ? I’ve dealing with a lot and need my fiancé support . But idk . What’s your opinion ?

What is considered an emergency appointment for K1 visa?
