Might not be in your best interest to put this out there. You're supposed to STILL be engaged and not get married until you get here.

Go ahead with your oath ceremony. Call your Senator's office within 14 days of your travel and ask for assistance to get a same day appointment with the closest passport agency to you. Success rate is really high and as someone mentioned, you get your naturalization certificate back that day.
Worked for me on a tighter schedule. Had to travel on the 2nd of January, oath ceremony on the 28th December. Called my Senator's office on the 19th December and they got me an appointment for the same day passport on the 29th December. Not recommending trying to push things through tight windows but it worked for me.

I had my interview on 12/19 and oath ceremony the following day.
But... my online account still shows the status of my case as "interview was scheduled", although in place of the estimated processing time it shows "case closed", and the documents tab shows the oath ceremony letter (form N-445). The last update in case history is still "interview was scheduled" from 5 weeks ago.
Should I be worried or is this normal?
Did you already have your oath ceremony or was it just scheduled? If you've already had your ceremony, I assume you have your naturalization certificate in hand. If that's the case, i don't see any reason to be worried about the status of your case online.

Hi ! Has your status changed in the Uscis app ? If yes , how long after the interview did it change ( Baltimore is also my local office )
N400 hasn't changed. I751 just changed to 'Case Transferred To Another Office'

Thanks. I did not notice any document on the officer's desk. I think everything she was working with was on her PC. She had mentioned that something had not come yet so I assume she was referring to the I-751. She asked for evidence of a continuing marriage; I had pictures, joint bank statements, insurance cards, mortgage statements, tax transcripts, marriage certificate and our kids' birth certificate (all of these were already uploaded with the N400 application). She asked to see the marriage certificate and only made a copy of the birth certificates.

Had my N400 interview this week. Approved and should receive oath ceremony notice in 2 weeks. Officer at Baltimore field office said no more same-day oath ceremonies. Didn't ask why.
Submitted application Aug 20th. Marriage based GC. 3 year anniversary filing. Had a pending I-751 but my spouse was not invited for an interview even though they came into the building with me.

He should have the company write him an offer, and then request to expedite with USCIS. The offer letter letter can be submitted as evidence when requested by USCIS. You should also follow up with a call to your Senator when you receive a service request number from USCIS. Don't wait! Call USCIS today and request the expedite.

Morning fellas. Had my AoS interview this morning. 'New card is being produced'. Wishing everyone the best of luck.
-
Thanks for the reference guys. Was actually looking for feedback from people that have gone for the interview.

Adjusting from K1. I didn't submit the i693 when I filed the i485, just a copy of the DS-3025. Filed i485 in January. My interview is next month.

Hello everyone:
For the people that have gone for their AoS interview recently, did you complete the i693 form? Did the IO ask for it?
I'd also like t know if the IO keeps the copy of i864 that you take along with you.
Thanks.

Thanks.
For some weird reason, I can't access it from Chrome. I had to use Firefox.

Has everyone been successful on getting a senator or congressman/woman involved in expediting EAD based on an expiring job offer? I emailed a senator in my district and they said a pending/expiring job offer that can solve a severe financial loss isn't a valid reason for an expedite request.
I am not sure why they're saying different things while many people here have no problem in expediting based on a pending job offer.
I can call USCIS directly to request on my own but I read somewhere it could be faster and more effective if I expedite through senator. Correct me if I am wrong -
Contact your House Rep..if the Senator's office says they can't help. My case got expedite with the help of the Senator in my district so I'm guessing not all offices really know how it works.
All the best.

Today is a good day --> "New Card Is Being Produced"....18 days after my expedite was approved (and the day I was meant to hand in my notice at work).
At last. Congratulations. God is good.

Has anyone had success with online fax services? If not, where do you go to fax something (in a pandemic) - FedEx?
Yes. FedEX is open.

Card in hand. Appreciate every one here for the tips and guidance.

Just got the notification that mine was denied. Losing my job in a month and my health insurance with it I guess.
I'm sorry to hear that. I just got a notification that mine has been mailed to me. Grateful that my congressman was able to fast-track the process.

Just imagine having to skip the wait time of expecting a response from USCIS and avoiding the trouble of not knowing whether a fax went through or not.
