  1. Hi everyone, Since my husband is repatriating back currently with his job transfer back to the US, we got his sister to be a joint sponsor. She makes well above the limit. We provided her transcript from 2019 and 2020. For 2021 we also submitted her transcript, w2 since that year she filed married/joint and her paystub with the federal government. Is that enough?? Or should I provide w2s for 2019 and 2020 and anything else? I anticipate we will be looked at in 3 weeks or so based on DQ timelines and figure it’s a good time to upload anything additional now.
  2. Can we submit the Ontario “Certified Copy of the Birth Registration” ?
  3. Not too sure. The person who posted it was in the March submission thread today
  4. Just saw someone March 6 get DQ today too! Fingers crossed they keep this momentum ❤️
  5. Hi everyone, We submitted the AOS and did the wet ink for the signature. We typed the date though next to the signature. Is this going to pose a problem? Or are they looking for a hand written date as well?? Im panicking! Thanks
  6. It was my first and only submission mid April I’m just Terrified of getting a checklist for things that weren’t under the required portion. We were approved for a conditional expedite with Montreal so I’d really hate to have to start over
  7. Hi everyone, has anyone had to go back to the que and wait 3 months for submitting additional documents ( not required documents ) ? There’s a couple things I wanted to upload before DQ, but hesitant if it resets the clock too.
  8. Okay, thank you! I’ve read in that it can trigger an rfe or checklist if it doesn’t have it. But those were old posts. This is beyond stressful when your child’s well-being is involved!
  9. I realized now that we didn't put N/As on all the blank spots on the AOS forms. Can I submit this under additional docs? Or should I wait for the interview to bring a new one? Or should I resubmit it under req'd docs? I hate to reset our timeline as we just got approved a conditional expedite due to our sons medical needs
  10. It was just my husbands job offer/job transfer papers. Thats OK as we still have a joint sponsor. Just wanted to add it in there just incase. Should be no biggie
  11. #######. I thought that was only the case for required docs. Maybe I wont send it in
  12. Does anyone know if I submit additional supporting documents now, if I have to hit the red submit box? If I do, will it reset the entire clock?
  13. I feel like it wont save much time either since Montreal seems to be rather quick at scheduling interviews after DQ. I really hope they don't require more info, it will defeat the reason for the expedite in the first place (our little guys medical needs). He requires great supports in school and was hoping to have these in place before the school year starts down there as well. Fingers crossed we both get some good news soon!
  14. Hi everyone, I feel so bad asking so many questions!! We submitted all the required docs last month and additional docs. My husband just got his job offer letter to transfer jobs, stateside. I want to upload this onto NVC under additional AOS supporting docs. Do I hit submit documents in the red square on the right hand corner? Or is that going to re-set my time from when I submitted all the required documents? Thanks in advance for any help!!
  15. Thank you. I’ll just wait and bring it to the consulate. I do have primary care and control , however I am going to see my lawyer this week to see if I can get a court order as well for the move, for the same reasons. Can’t trust the ex!
  16. Does anyone have experience with being approved for expedite with nvc? We submitted all docs and fees by mid April, and Montreal approved the expedite stating once NVC has reviewed all documents. This email was about 2.5 weeks ago. But nothings has changed on ceac since then.
  17. Hello! Should I submit my daughters court ordered custody papers onto ceac for the NVC? Or just bring them to the interview in case asked? Has anyone had any experience with this bringing their kids to the US and what the consulate needed?
