Hooray!! I passed my interview this morning!
 
IO was extremely pleasant and friendly. She just went through some standard questions, asked me 6 civics questions and had to use my finger to write “we pay taxes” on the tablet. Asked about my last trip out of the country, asked if there was anything I needed to correct, and then went through all the eligibility questions. All very straight forward!
 
Boston isn’t currently doing same day oath, but because of exceptional medical circumstances (I’m due to have a baby next week) they managed to squeeze me in on Friday for my oath. 
 
I was so nervous last night and can’t believe it’s all over!! What a journey!

sure! Questions were:
1. Who makes federal laws?
2. If the president can no longer serve, who becomes president?
3. What is the highest court in the US?
4. Why did the colonists fight the British?
5. When was the Declaration of Independence adopted?
6. Where is the Statue of Liberty?
 
I can’t remember what the reading sentence was, sorry! I think it was maybe something like “what do we pay to the government”, but I can’t totally remember.

I filed jan 5th ( 3 years). Interview is scheduled Sept 23rd. 
 
I’m also due to give birth 9 days later, so let’s hope baby doesn’t decide to come early 🤣

No, mine was June 2020, but I haven’t even had any sort of estimate displayed for over a month. 
 
I applied Jan 5th in Boston and know someone who applied the day after me who has an interview this week. Haven’t heard anything since Jan 29th

i hit 5 years in March (I’m silly and forgot that I was within 90 days when I applied and applied as 3 years). I was hoping that would make things move a little faster, but maybe not.

I applied on jan 5th and have a colleague that applied jan 6th, both in Boston, MA. He did have an interview scheduled in April that still hasn’t been rescheduled. I haven’t received any updates since my biometrics on jan 29th. 

Good to know that some other 3year folks are getting theirs. I filed under 3 years although will officially be 5 years next week, so hopefully I don't have to wait too much longer for an interview!

I am so happy its been only 2 months since I applied didn't expected at all and its Friday the 13th today!!

Were they happy to give you an update on the phone?
 
I know it's just a waiting game, but a colleague of mine applied the day after me in the same office (Boston, MA) and got his interview notice 3 weeks ago. I also realized after I filed that I was within the 90day window of being able to file for 5years, but I ended up filing for 3. Hopefully that doesn't delay things too much!

It looks like the filing dates were re-orded, which messed everything up!

Did my biometrics yesterday. It was super straightforward. Immediately afterwards Case completion time moved to June 2020 (5 Months), but later in the day it updated to "We reviewed your biometrics" and went to July 2020 ( was originally August).
