EB-1C (IN) submitted to NBC. FO - Raleigh, NC.

Looks like the interview was waived. I-765 was submitted separately in Oct 2020 and EAD was received in March 2021.

Submitted in Sept. waived biometrics, not other changes

Filed a name change on passport, shipped on 12/1 they received and got into system on 12/21.

I need to apply for Renunciation and OCI, but saw this on the website - anyone know if we should hold off on applying right now?

CKGS contract with the Government of India is ending on October 31st, 2020. Thus, applicants only with the compelling reason are requested to contact the Indian Mission/post directly to apply for the Indian Passport, OCI, Renunciation, and Indian Visa.

CKGS website will not allow applicants to fill out any new application, w.e.f. October 14th, 2020 at 5pm EST.

I'd like to know any useful information you can provide about supporting renunciation of US Citizenship as well as getting OCI.

good thing your naturalization document didn't get lost! Passport is much easier to replace

Yes. Since June 11 we have published U.S. passport statistics every Thursday in the table below. The statistics show our weekly progress while we were unable to offer processing times. Our October 1st update will be our last weekly update since we can now offer routine and expedited service commitments. You can continue to find annual statistics on our Reports and Statistics page.

still no update from NO office, application submitted on 11-Aug.

If anyone else has application in NO office please let me know.

Sidenote - I did contact senator and they are willing to help, but I didn't really have a good reason other than it's been close to 2 months and will probably be another 2 months before NO application processes it.

Called the #877 and they stated mine is at New Orleans Application Center which went to Phase 2 on August 24... Not really sure whether phase's matter, since the status on the webpage says my application will be reviewed when it hits Phase 3, but the guy on the phone said that that isn't the case and he's seen applications get processed from all different offices with all different phases.

Hoping I'm just a few weeks away from the center getting to my application.

For USPS fee, credit card can be used. Only the passport fee to State Department has to be check or money order

I completed my Oath two weeks ago, but got a notification that the my 10yr green card was mailed to me from my 751 application. Do I need to return this when I get it, or shouldn't matter?

Is there a google doc where everyone’s posts timeline?

I took everything I submitted in application,. And updated documents for utilities/bank statement, take federal tax returns. As well as what you listed.

if you’re 18-26 years of age they want to see SSS registration too.

I say all this, but the IO did not ask for a single document.

submitted application at post office today, they said expect to take more than 8 weeks.

Got approval for I-751 and N-400  today at. St. Louis.

IO confirmed oath ceremony on 31-July and should get paper in mail.

Hello, I have my citizenship interview next week but we have realized that we cannot find my spouses citizenship document.

we have copy of it as well as her passport and global entry card. We submitted copy in application as well.

should we apply for her replacement certificate document to show as evidence during interview?

what are thought on IO reaction?

Illinois courthouses are allowing gatherings after 15-July, so this may be the reason why yours hasn't been scheduled. I'm not changing my last name.

Some questions about the combo interview.

1. How's the sequence. example: do they cover questions/updates to Removal of conditions first, and then do citizenship questions? Anything to specifically prepare for with combo interview?

2. What sorts of questions did they ask about marriage / document they requested in regards to Removal of Conditions file.

• My notice says to come alone, but I'll have my wife come with me and if they do not let her in, she can wait in car. But I feel since it's a combo interview, she should be allowed in with me.

3. After Interview - did they update your case online immediately or after a few days/weeks?

4. anything else specific to St. Louis Office you think I should know about?
