I had an expedite but got lucky and got a canceled appt, otherwise I would have waited till Feb

They should already have a lot of that from previous implementations, we're talking about adding forms.
I doubt every form needs to start from square one. They may just need to scale some of the resources for the extra load.

Reminds me of when the start ups started disrupting things for these old huge enterprises, the big enterprises bought some of them and ruined them because they tried to do the same old thing.

It's based on people like you who fill out their timelines and keep them up to date.
It's just a small sampling of all the people going through the process, and every case is unique so some can take longer than others.

I wouldn't try to do this on a phone.
The original form is probably password protected, you may have to print as pdf or save as a copy.

not everything presented to you in the online process is required, they just made it confusing, just check what the instructions say about it.
Instructions are the same as paper version

Yes this happens, they often shuffle cases around due to workload, some get notices, some don't.
Nothing that can be done other than wait it out.

Just checked mine and it's still at Texas, I'm still within processing time though, I had seen many others being transffered out to other service centers.
