I uploaded it after they asked for it, but the page is still the same, just upload it in the section for additional docs and tag it as divorce decree

Im unaware of having to declare your marriage in any country.
For instance, its usually not necessary in the USA, however some city offices may give trouble about it.
It's always good to have an apostiled copy just in case.

I would think the name on the ticket should match the passport.

That's great, but they wouldn't be wrong to give an issue, if you do a google search you'll see many people have had problems.
    It's also a TSA rule.
Other countries can be more strict about this too, whereas in the US things might be a little more flexible.

In Mexico they gave me trouble with my middle name, in the states it's common not to use it, but since they saw it on my birth certificate they required it on the ID.
Luckily we were able to do things in a tourist city where they're used to foreigners.

they didn't ask for my 1st marriage certificate, only the divorce decree.
just for clarity it was the petitioners divorce decree they asked for, and that marriage was in the states.

The race wasn't even called when this was posted, and why would you expect a sudden dramatic change?
    Wishful thinking.

Also I wouldn't expect significant changes to CR1.
Even if there were eventual changes, you'd probably be done with your journey by the time they go into effect.

    You answered your own questions.
Nobody has done 2020 taxes yet, nor would you have the supporting documents.

Their system may be buggy, you can try contacting them to see if there's a message or not.
They will give you a better answer than anyone here can.
If there is, you may need to wait for it to show up.
If it's busy you can try calling closer to closing time.

Consular processing as in Direct Counselor Processing?

If it's just CR1 you'd be contacted when they schedule an interview.

I would search the forum for your country specifically, refused status is common and usually not a bad thing.

    fill out your timeline.
if you search the forum you'll see this has come up a few times, people have uploaded docs, although it's not required, and it varies if they look at it before hand or not, but sometimes it's helpful, but you still need to take it to the interview.

You can successfully take them yourself for uploading, and there are apps that will help with that, but just make sure it meets the requirements and check the examples from the state department.

When it comes to taking actual photos, I'd be careful about printing your own, not to say that you can't do it successfully, but I'd rather have the piece of mind of a professionally printed one.

Mexico vaccine rollout will be even slower.
But I don't expect things will get back to normal until they at least reach herd immunity levels.

Take care in Mexico City, it's a hotbed there.
Can't wait till I can go back and explore the city.

I may also see some paths move faster than others if certain visas aren't considered priority.
For example. If the below were taken at its word, they may not be scheduling K1 interviews.
In March 2021, the National Visa Center (NVC) will resume scheduling some routine (non-emergency) IR/CR-1 and IR/CR-2 cases, as local public health conditions permit.

It's not just about the workers, they also have to take precautions for the people visiting the consulate.

I had to split mine up into multiple PDFs to meet the file size criteria.
    Photos-Part-1.pdf
    Photos-Part-2.pdf

    Boarding-Passes-1.pdf
    Boarding-Passes-2.pdf

I had about 4 photos per page, depending on the orientation,  below each one I added the date and short caption

NVC has an even smaller file size limit.

you can but there's no guarantee they will look at it, I believe it says something like that in the section where you would add more.
I would still do it especially if you lacked something you think would result in an RFE, but also bring along when you get to the interview.
