NVC cannot review your submitted documents until we have received all of the required documents DS-260, Civil Documents and Financial Documents. Once these documents have been submitted, we will review your case. Please follow your CEAC Home page and https://nvc.state.gov.

Not entirely clear to me what visa type this is or what stage you are at or even if you are petitioner or beneficiary, but did you follow the NVC link (in the text you quoted above) properly through all the following pages to ensure you had all the right documents? Especially civil docs page below.

I posted a while ago on this same issue and I still need some help please, Last year May I received an email of approval for my daughter to immigrate to the US on the F24, I submitted and filed the form I 864,

I had already  paid the fees applicable a long time ago at the point where I did the application plus filled form DS 260 and submitted which was 2015 before my daughter turned 21 years,

I have submitted documents four times but NVC has always responded and stated *NVC cannot review your submitted documents until we have received all of the required documents DS-260, civil documents and financial documents, once these documents have been submitted we will review your case*

I need help coz I don’t know what else they need from me currently submitted documents are :

*Form I-864 (affidavit of support)

*Tax return forms

*Proof of my  citizenship

*Birth certificate

*Marriage certificate

*Passport biometric page

I even went far as trying to get DNA tests for my daughter and I unfortunately because of COVID DNA samples are not been accepted since last year, I sent a screen shot of the email to NVC but got the same response, I tried searching for the form DS 260 to resubmit but I don’t find it online, am at a lose of what to do next or what else to submit?? Please help?

There was a link provided to you above for civil documents, I suggest you go through that again and compare to your list. Your daughter is clearly over 16 so the lack of police certificate is obvious. Also, what marriage certificate? Surely she’s not married if she’s F2?
Also ensure all documents you submit are acceptable under the DoS reciprocity page for your country (the link to that is under “country specific guidelines” on the DoS page mentioned).
