1. You obviously ignored a whole section of the proclamation and chose to acknowledge this part and;
2. As long as the Embassy is going to facilitate our interviews, your interpretation of the proclamation is inconsequential.

We had the most unexpected and wonderful surprise tonight!! Our case, which started in Nebraska and was transferred to Texas, was approved and we have already received the welcome to NVC email!! In 100 days!!!! We haven’t even started preparing for that stage!!! What an incredible and unexpected blessing!!! This feels like a dream, God is so great!!!
I am praying that this is an indication of everyone’s cases speeding way up!!!

You could not have completed the online filing without satisfying whatever the online signature requirement was.

In a divorce waiver, he only has to provide proof of bonafide marriage. Don't provide him the evidence. He can file and provide divorce decree, but it is more than that to be approved. Don't focus on his immigration, focus on freeing yourself.
