are u a citizen?? and I'm afraid his parents will have to be at fault for his entry for him to be able to get a I601a that will pardon that entry. he will get it but is a long process if he don't lose his data he will be able to do all the process in the states but all this if you are a citizen is a long process

hello VJ Community
I know that Ap delays and each case is different.
I'm on AP since August 5, 2019, I received 6 updates and then ready on December 18th, update on December 20th and then on December 23th, again AP.
please if someone had been in a similar case could you help me. I am a scared, 5 months away from my family 2 daughters and my husband. (Nicaraguan Embassy IR1).Thank you in Advance.

It’s always a “good” sign when they keep or request passports. So I say keep yourself informed on your CEAC status, and await any correspondence from the mission.

well I called the embassy they told me my cas was complete on November 14 and was sent to embassy same day currently I'm in el salvador waiting for my interview and is driving me nuts
