Photos are nice to have, but not all that important.  Just include what you have.  Affidavits are mostly useless, and many people don't bother including any.  Focus on providing evidence for living together and for taking responsibility for each other — joint residence, joint property, joint financial accounts, life insurance with your spouse as the benificiary, power of attorney ...

You are concentrating on the wrong kind of evidence.  Photos are of little use.  Including only a few is fine.  You should concentrate on evidence of shared finances, shared property, and other legal documents normally generated in a marriage......and items showing you both living at the same address.   Personal affidavits are weak evidence, unless you have no substantial documentation.  There is no requirement for them.

    Hey guys,

I would like to share two ways to track your card delivery information (included but not limited Green card, EAD or etc)
After you get status changes to Card was mailed to you by checking from https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus, then you can expect that your card will be delivered soon. Usually, USCIS will usually not provide a tracking number on status online (in some cases they will but some won't),
so according to many other cases and my personal experience, I concluded two ways to get your tracking information:

Option 1,   click this https://www.uscis.gov/contactcenter , and there is a button on the right upper corner of the page shows like: NEED HELP? ASK EMMA. This is not just a robot to answer your question automatically, you can transfer to actual live chat to their customer representatives and you can even verify your mailing address with themas well as you can ask out about your case tracking number. I tried this couple of times, customer representative said that my card was just mailed out very recent so tracking number has been not generated. They also informed that they can help check the tracking number of the case indeed once a number was given by usps facilities. But, their information maybe delay a bit. My other cases showed that applicants usually have already get their cards then uscis provided a tracking to them. But other tired this way successfully!

Option 2, set up a informed delivery notification on https://informeddelivery.usps.com/box/pages/intro/start.action    I finally got my tracking number through this. I connected to uscis customer service on Nov 1st, they said that they didn't see a tracking number on the system (My status changed to my card was mailed on Oct 30) they told that I may touch them next day to get try, after I disconnected the live chat just 2 hours later I got a text notification from usps informed delivery showed that there was a priority mail from USCIS- LEES SUMMIT PRODUCTION FACILITY was on its way to me and will expect to delivery on Nov 3rd and tracking number was provided.!

So I hope its be a little bit helpful for you guys don't know how to track your card. I also hope you guys can get your cards soon.

I had my AOS from K1 interview on Tuesday in Los Angeles (City), and received the card in production message on Wednesday morning. This morning I just received a notice of a status change, and it has switched back to approved. I filed an AR-11 to change my address pretty close to my interview (I can actually still receive mail at my previous address, we recently moved out of my mother-in-law's place), so I assumed that this was what had caused it.

I've attached a screenshot of my case history. It looks like your case followed exactly the same pattern. It's a relief to know that this seems to be standard process, and that it's probably unrelated to the AR-11.

USCIS disclosed during a call that there's actually a 48-hour hold before they start production of the card, so it could just be that the hold has now elapsed, so the case has now gone to approval, and is queued for production. I wonder if this 48-hour hold is in place to allow them to resolve any outstanding service requests before issuing the card, such as an AR-11, as they did in my case.

The system is by no means perfect. It sometimes updates in reverse order. Sometimes it doesn't update at all. Don't worry. Your card is coming your way. Congratulations!

    Hi everyone

I got my AOS interview on 11/19 and I was approved on the spot. I received an update " New card is being produced blah blah" in the late afternoon same day. However, today (11/21), my case status switched to "Case approved." I am worried because it seems more logic for the case to be approved first before the card production started. I googled and learned the order of my case was actually normal! I am very confused! I have a job offer with a Dec 2 start and I am seriously anxious that I can't make it Does anyone has experience and knowledge about this annoying order? Gosh, I feel like USCIS should revamp their administration!

    Thanks a bunch

Meaning normally "Approved" and "New Card Is Being Produced" likely get submitted to the system around the same time. That being said, for some reason, sometimes the Approved posts online first followed by New Card (which is the logical order), other times New Card posts online first which means that Approved come later (which is what happened for you).

When we were waiting for the SMS approval after the interview if I recall correctly, we received three different, confusing, terse text messages, and we received each of those  messages a multiple of at least three times, in random order. Finally, we opted to accept the 2 out 3 approach and that was "card(s) were being produced". There seems no rhyme nor reason for this screwball system. If you want to try to change it, put in your application, maybe you will have new employment, such as it is.

    BTW:   CONGRATULATIONS !!

Good luck on your immigration journey.

This isn't at all abnormal, I don't know if it is server backlog or what, but whichever processes first will post first. My wife received her GC around 7 calendar days from the date we received the SMS of approval. The "Welcome To America" letter came a couple days before the GC.

That being said, you are cutting it VERY close because of the Thanksgiving Holiday.
