If you haven't already here is some reading that can be done and with that some prep work you can be doing while you are waiting. Once you have received your P3 letter on what to do if you would be so kind as to send me a copy via VJ PM I use it for those who come behind you and currently have no information from Italy. JUDGMENT AND SENTENCE $3.00 CERTIFIED COPY
CRA (ARREST REPORT) $4.00 CERTIFIED COPY
ORDER OF TERMINATION OF PROBATION $3.00 CERTIFIED COPY

An 11/20 NOA1 couple just received their NOA2 last week!!!

Ugh! I didn't even think about that! I'm leaving to go see him April 4th and won't return until the end of April! I guess somebody will have to get my mail for me and take a picture so we can get things scheduled before all the good slots fill up😬

Welcome to this amazing group!! No RFE would be awesome, but honestly if I do get one I’m sure it will be a easy fix for me. I’ll just be glad to know that their working on my case😊.... I’ll be praying everything works out for you. Sending all positive vibes your way!!

December 9 NOA1 receipt date he's from Mexico I'm in Florida.
 
Hoping we get no RFE, but I am nervous about red flags in our case.
1) met August, filed in December (3 in person visits in between)
2) I officially finalized divorced 1 month before we filed.
