I kind of doubt these estimations mean much. My husband has his oath ceremony scheduled for March 27th 2020... the portal still shows his case completion date being May 2020. My guess is that it is just a generalized prediction of how long all cases are taking at your specific office overall. 

Quick update.
I want to recommend that people with their interview scheduled before April 15th bring any and all tax information for the 2019 taxes you will be filing - my husband was asked for them during the interview (not sure if this was for the I-751 piece or the N-400 piece of the combo interview since they only took him into the room) ... but in my opinion better safe than sorry!
 
Also, we finally have an oath date ... March 27th in West Palm!

N-400 approved yesterday in West Palm Beach! The interviewer also approved the I-751 that we've had pending since October 2018 on the spot although there was no notice in the N-400 interview notice we received that it would be a joint interview. 
 
About 24 hours after approval the status of the case online changed to "Oath Ceremony Will Be Scheduled."

Congrats. Its a country of immigrants. And English is not the only language thats spoken in the USA. Many places like Miami, Cali, etc most people speak Spanish. Even the announcements at the airports are in Spanish as well as in English. It's a great country thats why people want to migrate here, where people from all different religions, culture, languages, etc are welcome (of course keeping narcissistic people aside). 

If the 751 was transferred to NBC, pretty much you WILL have a combo interview

Yes my case was transferred to NBC Lee summit 2 months before my interview was scheduled. Before my interview my case status was New office has jurisdiction.

Were you informed it would be a dual interview or did you have to request an interview for both N400 and I-751?

Got the interview notice today! I-751 still pending, so we're operating under the assumption that this is going to be a combo interview.

Interesting, the platform still says that June 2020 is the expected completion date. Hmm. Either way, we're VERY excited to have an interview date so much earlier than what we were expecting.

Not to be harsh but that’s a red flag (for you, not the case). Many marriages suffer far worse stresses than being apart a year (not to minimize it, but). Many people here have been apart a few years before one can immigrate.
 
 
That’s incorrect, attempting to receive the benefit is all that is required. The wording is “The person procured, or sought to procure, a benefit under U.S. immigration laws;” (bold added)

I have been following this forum for the pat few months, really appreciate everyone’s thread and share all the information. I filed the application in Oct 2018, USCIS received my case on Oct 8th 2018 and without any notice in between, today I checked my status and it shows “ Card being mailed to me”. Before today I cannot track anything on Case Tracker App, and my uscis stills shows “ we received your case”. I am a Vermont filer, hope this helps!!

Our I-751 is still processing as well (filed Oct. 29, 2018), but at VSC. We moved from New York to Florida about six months ago, and haven't seen anything about the case being transferred...it seems that you do get an alert if the case is transferred to a different office based on what I've read here and elsewhere.
 
I think a lot of the cases that are transferred occur when the person applies for citizenship with the removal of conditions still pending, so we'll see....
