I Really hope this is the case. My fiancé called and his interview is still on for June 3 so I’m very hopeful. The k1 visas wiIl fall under the NIV category 

My Fiancé was supposed to have his K1 visa interview at the embassy in Paris 4/15/20 which was canceled. They sent him a email about  rescheduling the first date available was June 3rd so he chose that one.

If the appointment is past your NOA2 expiration date you have to bring a letter requesting an extension from the petitioner on the day of the interview + updated intent to marry from both of you .

@Greenbaum Hi would you happen to have the P3 for the embassy in France? The NVC ended up sending my fiancé case to Paris instead of Georgetown. So instead of waiting 8 weeks for the case to be sent back to Georgetown he is going to go to Paris for his interview and medical

He is a French Citizen living in French Guiana. I didn’t see that Country when filling out that part. Cases in French Guiana are handled at the embassy in Guyana.

Day 56 for me. Waiting is not as bad as I thought it would be. I was fortunate enough to visit my fiancé last month and he will be visiting me towards the end of next month. I’m super excited and hoping he gets over here smoothly as he has the other times, though I know things will be a different since this is his first trip after applying for the K1 visa. Hope they don’t give him a hard time

Hey guys! Congrats to all the couples getting there NOA1. Quick question. My fiancé is coming to visit me here in Virginia in December 23 for three weeks. To finalize so more stuff for our wedding. If our NOA2 gets approved before that date will they try to stop him from coming? He will be visiting on a ESTA. Thanks everyone and sorry if this is a dumb or repeated question.

I just recieved the NOA1 text today! I’m so happy. Officially an October filer!
