    Hi everyone
please i got my CC on Oct 4th, and been emailing the embassy many times. They said my NVC files or email has not sent yet from NVC.

I am confused because I have recently spoken with National Visa Center on October 18th, 2019 and again on October 22nd, 2019. They have informed me that the case I am petitioning my wife for was Documentary Qualified and is awaiting scheduling. At this time, the National Visa Center is waiting on the Jakarta Embassy to provide a list of dates/times so they can schedule interviews.

I was informed by NVC just a few moments ago, that they do not send the case information until the interview is scheduled.  At this point they have told me several times that they will schedule the interview and then forward the case on to the Embassy.

I am afraid they are waiting at each other and it takes a lot of time.

    Please help

After DQ NVC works with embassy

Embassy will inform NVC about the dates which are available

and then NVC schedules your interview

Ask for the Interview Letter waiting time of Jakarta Embassy in Facebook Group.

In normal scenario NVC may take 30 to 60 days to schedule your interview

For calling NVC, which option is best to reach an operator?

    Phone Number

    NVC - 603-334-0700 [HOURS: 7am - 12am EST, M-F]

    • Press 1, for English
    • Press 2, for Spanish

After pressing 1 for English, the options are:

    1, to verify priority date
2, to establish an agent, request fee bill or invoice number
3, to verify that they received your mail
4, to confirm date and time of interview
5, to update your mailing address, phone number, email address
6, if your case is at a US embassy or consulate overseas
    7, for all other questions

whatever your question is related to

We just emailed both NVCResearch and NVCInquiry as they have lost our case after previously receiving it. Does anyone here have any experience with emailing either of these and how long we can expect to wait to hear anything?

They primarily consider your spouse's current income (you must include 2019 pay stubs for the past 6 months to substantiate that) AND 2018 total income shown on your spouse's 1040 form. I could be (and I hope I'm) wrong, but with a household size of 8, I think your spouse's current income is really borderline, hence, you guys may be better off with a SOLID joint-sponsor in addition to your spouse, of course. Best of luck!

Thank you for making it clear 🙂 its better to carry joint sponsorship than getting 221g
