Her main reason to go to USA was to meet you and stay, it's that clear. So the CO figured that out in seconds. Also, the decision against her was made before she even showed up. It could be anything. As a secretary, she can't make enough to sponsor herself for USA trip. The CO somehow saw that she has you in the country. That's it. She can now forget about USA visa for a few years, at least.

Well, based on what was done and how... It's fine.

Fire your lawyer ASAP. They simply don't know the basics.
YOU CAN NOT WORK without EAD. Absolutely not. Period. Again: you CAN NOT work until you get EAD in your hand. SSN is not EAD. EAD is the only document that grants you right to work. Nothing else. Period.
No one is getting nasty. It's simply you being deaf and blind. Read what other say. Apparently, forum people are more smart than your lawyer.

This won't work. Don't even try, you won't get a visa. Your chances are 0.00001%. Spend $160 on something else. Your sister can hire a local nanny to look after their child.

Totally normal. You're not the only one there trying to make an appointment. Try to wake up earlier than others and try to check harder / more often to catch a spot. Other than that, you can't do anything else but wait.
-
Just sit calm and wait. You're no different from others. K1 is a tough long journey.

No, you won't get any work visas, because there are a lot of local people to do what you want to do. Your brother in particular is the one who's not going to get a visa. The chance of you getting visas is absolute zero, based on what you told us. Try your luck with DV lottery, but keep in mind that even if you've been chosen, that does not guarantee you're getting visas and green cards.

There's much more behind this story

Respectfully disagree. We have couples with big age gaps here, happily married for years. We also have couples of same age that are not couples anymore. Only time will tell who is there for a long haul.
So what? Number of couples with a huge age gap and "real love" is much much much smaller than the number of couples with big age gap and fake love for documents. 99 of 100 are there for fake documents using fake love as a cover for that. Don't tell me it's not like that. We have been seeing that for decades. It's stupid not to admit it.

Love always goes with secured and brighter future, but thank you for reminding us captain obvious
You're welcome. Just don't call it love, when someone is falling into that just to receive documents and status. You're insulting other people who truly have the love.

Truth is always appreciated, even someone doesn't want to admit it.

I highly doubtful she's there for love. She wants a green card. Again, you're 60, she's 34. She's doesn't want that.

Sounds like you were denied correctly. They didn't want you to become a public charge. And the same for me, I don't want to pay for your kids and healthcare from my taxes. Once you're able to support yourself, you can try to apply again.

Not going to work.

You said it's your husband... Are you a male too?

This is why using lawyers for immigration is obsolete, unless there's not a DIY case. They will take your money and will ruin your application. Next time you will know and will file it by yourself.

She can't come on work or student visa with immigration intent. The only way for her is to wait 6 years or wait 13-15 years. There is no quick and easy way.

I don’t think you understand. She wants to permanently move to the US. Not just visit. What does she need to do?
Half of the planet would like to move to the US. Only because they want. But that's not going to happen.

How could you conclude ? I am just asking for opinion and legal way so that she can stay longer .. Anyways, thanks for response
It's very simple to conclude, based on your answers. The way you ask questions - that shows the full picture of why she came.
Maybe you still don't understand, but again -- the only legal way here is that she returns to her country and renews her visa. Or she returns home and you wait for your citizenship (if you even get one) and file I-130 for her, which will take about 1.5 years.
These are the ONLY legal ways for her. There's no other way that she can stay. She -- in fact -- CAN'T stay at all as a tourist, she must return home -- this is what she promised when she obtained her tourist visa. There are no shortcuts. Don't be greedy, don't cheat the system, don't try to be smarter than others. Don't get yourself into trouble. If she stays here, overstays her visa and somehow does AOS -- you will be punished for that in the future, it's 100%. It's how the system works. If she stays it means she lied during her interview on the purpose of her trip -- does she want to be considered a liar? I guess not.

Why NO adjustments possible for Green card option
Because entering on tourist visa with adjustment of status is visa fraud. Never ever do that. But it looks like she's not a tourist and she came specifically to change her status. This will bite you very hard and bring you problems. I can guarantee that.

Can she go back in Feb 2019 and come back in a week or two .. ??
No, Feb 2019 is already over. And she can't live in US on tourist visa. She won't get a new visa and come back that soon.
Also, do you realize what month and year is now? It's 2019, August. Just in case you don't know.

First of all, there's no "guarantee" on approval. Now, nobody knows the exact time of how long it's going to take. You have to remove your conditions first.

excuse me, but i am being completely honest about showing extreme hardship (even if it does not help my situation, i was simply asking for advice). with all the data and proof and evidence it requires, i would not ab able to be "fraudulent" with this process -so please do not come on here and make assumptions about what my situation is/ isn't like. I asked for opinion, not UNNECESSARY criticism.
Again, people who have extreme hardship, just ask "hey I have something here, how can I present it?" Instead, you were like "hey I am so tired of wait here, and I just want to jump ahead of the line, so maybe I can use some extreme hardship?" -- this is how it sounded and it makes me feel that you have no hardship except the one "you would like to have to speed up the process". What is your extreme hardship, if it's real? Being tired of the process is NOT considered extreme hardship. Everyone is tired, not just you. I gave you my opinion, which you considered as "criticism" (because you did not like what you heard). It's fine. But again, be prepared for extended wait in AP, for months or years, this is how it is for Pakistan. Unless you have something very extreme, there's no "jump ahead of the line".

Try to make more money and apply again. CR1/IR1 path will go into the same result unless you have efficient funds. Or have a joint sponsor. The country won't sponsor you to come and live here.
