Is it possible that they will still send you the biometrics appointment letter after you received the RFIE? I received a RFIE for I 944 on Nov 16, but am still preparing for the docs. USPS informed delivery shows that I have a letter coming from them today.

Send photocopies. No need of certified copies for USCIS. Maybe better to carry it when you gonna have your AOS interview.

We received our NOA2 hard copy last Monday, and the notice date on NOA2 is Oct 24.
I saw that the notice will be valid until Feb 22, 2020.
Does it mean that my interview date should be before the expiration date or the interview should be scheduled before that date?

I feel like I have already lost my patience on waiting , it is such a pain when I see others who filed the case after mealready got the NOA2. Almost 120 days.
