And they give you ~1 month notice for your interview.

When usually receive interviews notice I’m new to here

I had my DQ yesterday (1st April). 

 

1st submit 2019-11-02: Rejected 2019-11-28 (criminal court & prison records "not in correct format" &  I-864EZ pdf in read/write; should have only been read only).

2nd Submit 2019-12-02: Rejected 2020-01-27 criminal court & prison records "not in correct format" - Turns out I didn't actually have any records & just needed to put a comment in the box stating this. 

3rd Submit 2020-01-27: Accepted 2020-04-01...Now for the wait for consular appointments to open back up.

 

It's just such a minefield trying to get through NVC. Keep the faith everyone, they are working through applications!

We submitted all documents for me January 21 and my kids at January 24. March 25 we got a message from NVC, they wanted my husband’s divorce decree in my case. He submitted it. Also he immediately submitted this document in cases of my kids too, it was 25th of March. 2 days later we got DQ for my kids and all documents were approved, including last one at 25th of March. 

I’m wondering any DQ cases today because there’s no DQ today guys

Because I spoke to one person she submitted her application AOS on January 27 she got approved and she did finish her application on feb 21 so seems possible 

I have question do nvc count first AOS or very last submission which I provide my spouse information like her birth certificate and our marriage certificate

Guys I’m submit my aos 30 Jan never get any email and like to know dq by Friday because I never re submission
