Hi that's great you got DQ'd on FIRST submission!

And it seems like they went with the DS-260 submission date not the financial docs date!  Hope so, because my doc submission as 7 Feb and financial stuff was 24 Feb.

Same thing I submitted on Jan 30 aos and provided all my stuff like citizenship domicile on 29 and provided my spouse marriage certificate on feb 1 so eagerly waiting to get dq because I’m waiting for 60 days two month

Have patience in this process. It is long and not easy. You will burn out very quickly if you allow yourself to already become impatient only 4 months in. You have a long road ahead of you still

INA 201(b) just defines who are considered immediate relatives for immigration purposes. Everyone who petitions an I130 is petitioning under INA 201(b) so no that isn't going to speed up anything in comparison to anyone else who has filed an I130. You only submitted your petition around 4 months ago and currently Texas is taking 8-10.5 months to process petitions, so you still have 4-6.5 more months before your I130 is looked at. Remember that an approved I130 is not an approved visa. Even after your I130 is approved you'll likely have many more months to go (NVC phase, and then embassy/consulate phase). You are going to have to learn to be patient in this process

    Thanks
