One week after being notified about my EAD being approved, I have it in my hand today! It's a combo card with AP as well - I am SO looking forward to going back and visiting home! 

I got my EAD card and SSN. They came one day after the other. Finally! I filed on the 15th of April and this from the NJ office.

So today we had our interview in Charlotte. Got there super early for an 8 am appointment. Got called back at 8:05 and out the door by 8:30. A lot of form questions, not really that many about our relationship besides identifying locations and times of pictures we submitted. The agent was pretty friendly and even made a joke or two during the process which helped alleviate stress. In the end he didn't guarantee approval but said it was highly likely in the next week once it gets signed off by the supervisor. I know CLT is understaffed from friends who recently has interviews and were told similar things. So waiting with baited breath for the status to change on the web/app, or a letter to come saying approved, or even better the Green Card coming in the mail.

Receipt Date: April 15th, 2019
Interview Date: November 4th, 2019

Yeah, I guess we got lucky. We honestly just needed some good news and were very, very surprised to get the notification that the interview was scheduled. Good luck to you if you're still waiting.
 

Update to my post earlier, it wasn’t EAD! It was interview scheduled. October 3rd! So excited! We went out for a celebration dinner. Wishing all well who are waiting for their date. 

We had our Greencard interview today at 11:45AM. Our Interview took about 15 minutes and at the end they told us we are APPROVED!!!!! 🤗🤗 They told us we will get the Greencard in the mail in about 2 weeks. Hope everyone's cases get speedy approvals!!

Got the letter in the mail yesterday; Anastasia's interview is on Sept 25 in San Diego.

I have received my interview letter,looking forward to the next stage!I hope we all get sorted out by next month.

Aw, I sympathize. It's especially difficult not being able to drive, without access to public transportation. I found that having a routine really helps me stay busy. Every day I'm doing some combination of cooking, cleaning, chatting with family/friends, reading the news, researching cars, career prepping, or playing video games.
 
Remember, this wait is temporary. It doesn't have to dictate how we feel. Consider positive thoughts instead of negative ones. More April interviews are being scheduled. EAD/AP inquiry date is coming up. Every day is a day closer.

They received my rfie on July 9th. No status update since then either. At least the max waiting for EAD is 5 months now, so most April fillers should hear good news by September. 

All 4 of our MSC numbers just show received (Apr 24) even though biometrics were done in May. Makes us nervous as all get out but not as nervous as the letter that came today from USCIS did until we read it! 

Finally my EAD was approved and my case changed to “New card is being produced” after 117 days.

Just a little update on my case, our status changed to "Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for an Interview" today. It's a small victory but at least it's something. Our case was filed April 15th.
