Normal white slip
Administrative Processing Information
There are only two possible outcomes for complete and executed U.S. visa applications (absent a visa sanction against a country under Section 243(d) of the Immigration and Nationality Act). The consular officer will either issue or refuse the visa. If a visa applicant has not established that he or she is eligible for a visa, the consular officer must refuse that application. However, in accordance with Department procedures, a consular officer may determine that additional information from sources other than the applicant may help establish an applicant’s eligibility for a visa. In such cases, refused visa applications warrant further administrative processing.

i would not worry about the address on the1099 being different than tax transcript address /important part of taxes is name and SS # the same
What does 221g yellow slip mean? The U.S. issues the yellow slip to a visa applicant when the consulate needs additional time to review the documents. The USCIS does not explicitly state how much longer your application would take. In most cases, your documents just need more time to be validated by the officials.Jan 16, 2023

Data entry by immigration officers is poor
many cases go ready to AP and back to ready
like yours went back and forth
-
please do a timeline as it helps others from ghana to know answers for this embassy
-
the Co marked his passport as "revoked by petitioner"
i have no experience on this issue
-
u need a joint sponsor that has US income and files US tax returns
Is Puerto Rico considered foreign income?2 As a result, although Puerto Rico belongs to the United States and most of its residents are U.S. citizens, the income earned in Puerto Rico is considered “foreign- source income” and Puerto Rico corporations are considered “foreign”. -
Please do a timeline and ID the country for the K1 process
also read the portal for the country and look to timelines of others going thru the same embassy

this just amazes me
Adil did not sell his apartment in Morocco when he came/ his mom lives in it
and we have bought a small villa on the Mediterrean in EU that his brother and gf occupy thinking to maybe retire there later
there is no rule or law that immigration has that says u "have to sell property" in your home country or any other place in the world
Immigration says "so not sell property or quit a job " until u have the visa in hand and that doesn't mean u have to sell or leave your job after the visa/ with a I 551 stamp for spouse visa, u have the right to return and take care of unfinished business if u need to. no one in their right mind could imagine that u can sell a house within the few months of getting the visa and coming here / some houses are on the market for years
and many USC near the Canadian border cross every work day for their job
the border offficer needs to learn the job and i hope u wrote down his/her name and will report this

It helps to do a timeline
it helps to know if you filed the N 400 from old address or the new one after u moved
it helps to know what state old address and new address are in as we can look up some information on internet about state immigration offices and timelines and even some federal districts court dates for the oath after the interview
all that is why a timeline helps the VJ community answer questions
processing times per office can be checked here if u know what office will have your N 400
-
The following site does have a contact # for the Naturalization ceremony
Try it as i could not find the court calendar for the oath
https://www.tnmd.uscourts.gov/naturalization-ceremony

lack of evidence?
what did u send?
marriage certificate?
proof of meeting several time like boarding passes, hotel receipts, etc?
chatting is not the best evidence / quality time together is
u married when meeting for the 1st time?
What was asked in the RFE and did u provide proofs?
-
it will expire in November (11th)
you married within the 90 days
so , best if you Apply for the AOS as soon as possible as you will be out of status after the 11th
the receipt for applying for the AOS, EAD, and AP act as your right to stay in US
apply
and please do a timeline like i asked u to do back in June
not fair to VJ site and others that follow in your footsteps when we can not refer to this information
-
your receipt date for NOA1 is February 8, 2021 so not so far out of range to get worried
u should near soon but understand that the wait in the next step NVC is also long now because of covid back log
if possible the USC should visit again to strengthen your case
-
Oh sorry my mistake
Received date: Nov 9, 2020
NOA1: Feb 8, 2021
USCIS is currently processing through Feb 21 based on the received date. It’s been over 11 months we still haven’t approved yet even though my fiancé has been trying to call and send inquiries since July until now but nothing has changed 😭😭😭

-
Curious to what has happened to your case and if she has visited and the 2 of u have decided to continued the process by following the advice given on your NOIR post (not to appeal but to get the offical marriage document, more time together, evidence of commingling fiances , etc,) Actually best if the USC joined the group and we helped her thru the process if she decided to continue the relaionship
-
May be a supervisor looked at the case and made the decision that daughter did need the biometrics
i would call the office and ask
-
thank u for completing the timeline
and congratulations / ROC may take longer because of covid but incha allah all will happen
Don't forget if he is under 26 he needs to file for selective service and that's important when applying later for naturalization
-
yes. most recent tax returns is always required
IRS transcripts are the best to provide but you can use copy of 1040 plus W2's and any 1099 or 1099R / letter of employment from employer showing current employment dates of hire and still working is a plus (but not always necessary)
And embassy always require originals of documents at interview stage to back up the ones sent via CEAC site online
and to add they have to match exactly (native language and English translations)
-
Please fill in a timeline as this is used to answer any further questions you may have
you will be doing AOS and other steps after your marriage and may want to ask questions
we like to see visa approval stats on the portal page
it also helps those who follow Morocco if you write up an embassy review just hit the word portal above to take you to Morocco
-
