Thank you! It's the Courtesy Letter through which they let you know to get the Medical exam ready to complete the file. At least that's what i understood from others over here.
Thanks

Hey..I saw you were asking generally what CL means..it's Courtesy Letter! And from the experience of folks who already had their interview..they typically ask questions from your i485...but every now and then there's always this one officer who wants to do a little recap of the i360 LOL!
Thank you so much, I appreciate you

Hi guys, what kind of questions do they ask in a (I-360 I-485) interview? Thanks

Here is where i get confused. Anybody knows- can you file I-360 & I-485 together, cause i don't know why my attorney didn't. I am also an April, 2017 filler and got Notice of I-360 approval on January 7, 2019, but it seems like the decision was taken on December 7, 2018, cause that's when the EAD is valid from. And on February 1, 2019 i sent the I-485 form and included the medical exam along with it. So now i don't know, will they be sending CL or that's not necessary because the medicals are less than 1 year old?
I know...patience...
Congratulations on your I-360 approval. My question is, what CL stands for. Thanks

I apologize i did not explain correct my history with VAWA
Forms I-131,I-360,I-485,I-765 february 1st 2019 accepted by USCIS
After they received the forms 3 weeks later i ve been on biometrics
March 2019 USCIS ask for additional evidence (asking for fingerprints for FBI )
May 2019 I-131 form (travel document ) approved together with I-765 c-31 form (Employment authorization card)
June 2019 where mailed and received from my attorney ( i picked up )
July 2nd 2019 i got notification for I-360 form said (New card is being produced )
My question is "what card is being produced" is it again Employment authorization card or something else
zimbalo
Again ! your journey is impressive. New card in production might mean your GC , I have seen a lot of VAWA cases that got their GC without interview, you filed all the forms together, so expect your GC, good luck.

Hi Apolo, for all this years, did you try calling them to make it a little faster? sometimes doing that helps.

I believe that if your i360 is approved it stays approved!!!Except they find evidence (in rare cases) or reasons to believe or prove it was wrongly adjudicated based on false evidence presented at the said time..or a mix up/mistake..there has been a case reported here..were the approval was called back due to a mix up..or something like that! But overall I do not believe there is an expiry date to i360 approval!
Thank you soo much, I appreciate you.

It is faster if your lawyer requests the NOA, it took me 2 months to get my approval letter, my lawyer requested twice
Hi, you mean it took two months to get your I-360 approval letter? Can you please show down your time line? Am very excited. Thanks

USCIS is taking AT LEAST 16 MONTHS to adjudicate a vawa petition.
Thank you so very much for the reply, I appreciate you.

We've seen such rarity in the past! However general processing times have changed! We're waiting for confirmation from a member here I think @bengolo or so who is suggesting that the petition received in Jan 2019 already got a C31 approval update! Exciting!😊
Thanks for the information.

This what you meant by your post? By all means please clarify.
Please guys take my word in a good way, there is nothing to clarify.

Getting permission from your wife or your husband to do something isn’t a bad behavior, you guys misunderstood my words,

And in our faith, a minority pagan faith, women are in charge. So, if anything, my husband would have to ask MY permission to travel. But I'm not like that. Maybe the poster isn't religious?
I surprised nobody supported me

Not in the US.
Christianity, Islam and Judaism will tell you to ask your wife or your husband a permission before traveling, and we have all religions here in the USA. It depends on your relationship with your partner and what you are facing.
