Thanks so much for the info. When I talked to the Tier 2 officer, she told me that we should be getting something “soon” I’m afraid at this rate we’ll receive our GCs first before the AP & EAD combo card but I have a really important trip coming up in less than 3 months and I’m getting so anxious. I want to expedite mine but the officer I talked to said she couldn’t do anything about it 😕 I haven’t heard of any other November filers not getting their combo cards. Other December and January filers have already received theirs 😔
Oh there's plenty of us.
Looked at some numbers in our batch of 5k cases (early Nov). 6/19 there was 393 open 765s. Today there are 113. Burn down rate is pretty consistent. Note many of these were closed because of GC.

Did you receive your EAD and AP? what about GC Interview schedule...???
Still waiting for EAD. Have heard absolutely nothing outside of "Ready to be scheduled" and a denied expedite. We're not expecting an interview any time soon given the timelines in NYC.
Filed a SR this week, just hoping for the AP soon.

250 days and counting 😞

The system wont allow to request an SR unless your PD is past the SR date. So if it isnt past on your I765, you wont be able to.
Both are past now unfortunately. Guess I should file for them both.

On the case tracker app, click on the specific case (e.g I-131), wait for it load then scroll down to the bottom of the page of 'case history' and it's there.
Hope that helps!
Thanks great. Any thoughts if it's a good idea to file a SR for both the 131 and 765 or just the 765?

I'm also out of normal processing times of AP, exactly the same dates as you @wakeuplittlesuzy
Submitted my AP inquiry last and no news as yet, it's not even assigned to a case officer.
How do you check if it's assigned to an officer?

Anyone else in November now out of processing time for EAD? I am for AP and will be for 765 in a couple days...
-
232 days today. Not expecting much this week due to the holiday.. 😕

Looks like processing time jumped ahead to 10/25? Hopefully for those of us who are still waiting this means our time is coming soon.

Hey fellow November filers;
quick reminder that today “out of processing times” for Advanced Parole is now on Nov 1st! *again* finally 😂
Is it worth filing a request if AP is out of processing time but EAD isn't yet? Since it's a combo card I'm guessing we need for both to to be past?

For everyone that is still waiting, there is a little hope. https://www.uscis.gov/news/alerts/uscis-aims-decrease-processing-times-n-400-and-i-485
I don't think that will help with EAD. 😞

Hopefully this should speed things up for those of us in the slower boroughs..

206! Right there with you. Doesn't feel like it here either. We go from being hopeless and depressed to unrealistically optimistic multiple times a day. I can't focus on work even when I'm there. Don't know how much longer we can do this, even though the only alternative is him leaving and starting from a cr1. That used to sound crazy, but now it seems crazy to wait for over 3/4 year for a document that was supposed to get here in ~90 days.
219 here, and still not even out of normal processing time for AP. I know what you mean re: unrealistically optimistic. Part of me keeps saying that eventually something will have to happen, this will have to get resolved. On the other hand, checking multiple times per day only to see nothing, makes it feel like the "normal processing time" is just going to keep getting pushed back indefinitely.

This is something beyond my comprehension.🙄
When, after 7 months of waiting EAD/AP I sent a request, they opened my folder and only after that they send me RFE on I-485 ( not EAD/AP)
When you say sent a request, what do you mean? If it makes you feel any better we've been waiting since 11/9 with nothing. We tried to expedite, got a request for documentation, but never heard anything back. Now I'm worried that may have actually caused our case to get lost in the ether.
I've just been waiting for the AP to fall outside of processing time, then plan to escalate to rep and both senators. Hopefully it'll come through before that, but honestly I have no idea what to expect anymore. I did see the case right after mine flip to "Card is being produced".
Some data - in our block of 5k cases, there were 550 pending EADs on 6/1. Today there are 430.

Just saw the two EAD cases directly after mine (all 11/9) switch to "card is being produced" yesterday. Hopefully there's at least some correlation to indicate ours is coming soon.

211 days of radio silence here as well (except for biometrics). We're just as unhappy. The only silver lining I guess is that we should get a 10 year GC if this ever gets moving.

Just joined to commiserate. Marriage based. Haven't seen any movement since December. We really never imagined it would be June and still no ability to work or travel. BK looks like it's going to take 100 years to get an interview.
For others in the same situation, what's your level of optimism/pessimism? At least it's looking like some people in Nov are getting movement, but really that's not worth much at the end of the day.
i131 - "Case Was Received". On November 9, 2018, we received your Form I-131, Application for Travel Document
i765 - "Fingerprint Review Was Completed". As of December 9, 2018, we completed our review of your fingerprints and are working on your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization.

No idea- no RFE. Maybe because of the shutdown? Or because or expedite request ended up slowing things down?
Anyway this may actually work out well since we'll be past the 2 year mark by the time the interview date rolls around.
