I appreciate the feed back. No one filed another petition for her. All of this craziness is due to one person. This person has got so much hate in his heart he has created all of this madness. This dude has been messing with the outcomes with a lot of things. He is typical Andy man wjho puts his hands in women and blames her for why he’s doing that. I’ll I’m trying to do is get married and have a nice happy life.

He said that they were still together. Even though he is remarried and lives in Spain. 

So apparently his mom was so disgusted with her sons actions she told my fiancé what happened and what he said

So next week s the case.. our lawyer expects a favorable outcome. Then we refile.

Yes, yes and yes again. It was her ex who called and told the CO that they still were a couple and living in SD. When they are not a couple and are in court now.

That is so crazy. So now we know why we got denied. Is there any recourse we can take? 

Has anyone ever experienced a third party calling the embassy and lie to the embassy that directly influenced their decisions?

Well the fact that dude is married to another woman and lives in a whole other country kinda proved that their suspicions weren’t warranted.

We got documentation that proved that fact.

Which we provided substantial evidence that he is no longer in the picture!

She was never married. Besides the guys is legally married and lives in Spain! That’s a non issue!

Yea we are getting married after the holidays 

Nothing. She did fraud anyone. We got onto a huge fight! Just like all couples 

We met two years ago I’ve been to the country 5 times. Our relationship is legit! I know that a person spent 8 hours with his fiancé before he asked the question and they gave him the damn visa. 

Ugh.. This is crazy! Now we got to start all over again. And I just started a new job! This is all bad. Timing is the worst!

That is crazy! We had our interview on the 26th of November. They requested more information on that date. We had the information in on December 4th. Literally one week after they requested it.

This is what the letter said:

This office regrets to inform you that your immigrant visa the petition application is refused because you have been found ineligible to receive a visa under the following section(s) of the immigrantion and nationality act.

221g - Return of the petition to USCIS- petition no longer valid. We are returning to the USCIS because the petition is no longer valid and the consular office has declined to revalidare the petition. Please contact USCIS for further instructions.
