I just don't know how to feel at the moment....and I don't know what to believe to be honest...I was sooo happy the other day when we were told on the phone that we've been approved...and then..well...CLICK HERE.

Ok..so we've been sitting here waiting patiently on our NOA2 to arrive. Then I start noticing peeps after us getting approved (our NOA1 date was April 18th). I ring up USCIS, and am informed that our case has been approved and sent to NVC...BUT...nothing has been updated..no email, no updating of the system, no NOA2 hardcopy, nothing! They just gave it their stamp of approval and mailed it on! The gentleman I spoke with said he would handle this personally, and he is requesting the file and our information so he can update. So now, I'm guessing it is going to take an extra while to get all of that back and a hardcopy to us. I even rerang up USCIS yesterday...just to confirm what the 1st gentleman told me. This 2nd gentleman said that yes, that was true...and if there was anyone to trust with our case it was the guy we spoke with the day before. (so...am I suppose to feel relieved here?) I'm just taking this as someone was careless in their work..and mailed our case on...they best not have lost it..or I may be knocking on their door ...demanding their jobs.

Mine isn't quite as old as yours, but we've been waiting for the NOA2 also...apparently..they approved it..without entering it into the system..or updating the system..and sent it off to NVC. So now, the gentleman I spoke with at CSC is requesting the info from our file just so we can be updated...and actually get a hardcopy of the NOA2 (we didn't receive TOUCHES, emails, nothing)...I rang them up yesterday again to just see if that was true ...and a different gentleman told me yes, that was true...and the guy that handled my call is very good..he said out of anyone there, he'd trust him to get it done. (don't know if I like the sound of that or not)...wonder if CSC needs some help or is hiring...I'd be glad to go out and help them!

sorry..but it's just disgusting...i will even use a paper towel over the door handle if they have touched it..lol

It's just another bs government department that doesn't know it's head from a hole in a groud...I don't take it personally....now what I would take personally would be if someone was coming on trashing Americans in general, yet they wanted to come to this country...that would be a bit contradictory dontcha think?

Do you have the delivery confirmation receipt?

If you do, go online to the U.S. Postal Service Track and Confirm page (link is provided)

Type in your receipt number..that should give you some information on it as well. You can have emails sent to you on your package like when it is received, signed for, etc.

If it happens to have become lost, I do hope you have made copies of everything.

Hello! I'm an April filer as well... We still haven't our hardcopy OR an email OR an updated USCIS site that tells us anything about our case. I rang them up yesterday, and low and behold our case has been approved...It's already been sent to the NSC. Nice of them to tell us eh? lol Hang in there..ours was 112 days between the NOA1 and NOA2 (well since I rang yesterday).

I told him..I belong to a community online of K-1 visa filers..and have noticed people after me getting approved..and was wondering if there was something wrong with my case. I haven't received anything in the mail as yet. That's when the gentleman told me that my case has been sent to the NSC already..they just forgot to update the system...so I never received an email or anything! He's requesting my file information so they can send me the hard copy if they have not already.

I just rang them up...the nice hispanic male that I could hardly understand told me.. .(I did understand this part..lol) That it looks as if our case has already been forwarded to the NSC...they just forgot to update the system..and send anything out to us ...
