    Timeline Trouble?

    I inboxed Captain Ewok here with my correct email addy and am not able to edit my timeline.

    Everytime I try to edit my timeline, I am getting this:

    Timelines Error: You can not create two timelines!

    You already have a (or are associated with another) timeline in the system under a different email address.

    Please go back and enter the correct email address or contact an Admin by clicking here

    if you have forgotten the email address stored in your timeline.

    April Filers - NVC to Interview

    in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports

    Pete received Packet 3 in the mail, and has his medical scheduled for October 9th in London. We are a bit confused with the packet 3, and what to send.

    It is my understanding that he needs to download and fill out the following forms:

    STEP 1

    DS230- Application for immigrant visa and alien registration (biographic data)-Complete pages 1 and 2 only.

    DS156- Non immigrant visa application in DUPLICATE/complete but don't sign

    DS156K (non-immigrant fiance visa supplement to form 156)

    DS157- Supplementary non immigrant visa application to be completed by all male applicants age 16-45 plus all male & female applicants age 16 and over who hold a passport form.

    STEP 2

    Plus the affadavit of support, he must submit 2 more color photographs, send in his police certificate, medical examination, etc.

    Step 3 was to schedule the medical

    Step 4 complete checklist, sign form, and mail in all the forms

    So what exactly does Pete mail in for Packet 3?? I thought he had to take the affadavit and other supporting evidence with him to the interview, does he have to mail it? :help:

    :dance::dance::dance: Hey there guys and gals....Pete just received Packet 3 in the mail today from London!!!....We have been waiting for this now for quite a while (being that CSC misplaced our petition...and well..I called and threw a fit...lol)...anyhow...Pete is reading over it...but ....

    Were they suppose to send a date and time for medical and interview to take place in Packet 3? or is that after the checklist is sent back in and completed?

    Hi everyone...and congratulations to all who have their received their medical and interview dates!! :dance:

    We finally got a letter from NVC dated on September 6th stating that within a week our petition would be forwarded to the London Embassy. We are still waiting for packet 3...or any bit of other information. :whistle:

    Does anyone know if you can schedule your medical and interview with London online...and how? (sort of like others did with other consulates. :help:

    lol..he said actually they do...haha...there are job openings there at CSC haha.

    :dance: :dance::dance: WHOO HOO...I JUST received the EMAIL from CRIS saying we were approved!!! Bout bloody time! :dance::dance::dance:

    Current Status: Approval notice sent.

    On August 13, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F

    PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you

    move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

    :angry:even tho they still told us August 8th we were approved..before they went and screwed the paperwork up lol

    hello I am new as and I am seeing the Time line of some participants and leaves despues to receive the NOA1 touch that that? my fiancè control package 129 the 10 of July, received the 13 of July and the NOA1 I arrive to him at the 17, in the pagina of uscis leaves that they received the request that day already! this has been for a month and everybody despues of this has touch and not that he is!!!!! it can that is not nothing important but not well that it is which has to me very nervous.... if they could help with this agradeceria me in the soul THANKS! M

    hello I am new as and I am seeing the swindle line of some participants and leaves despues to receive the NOA1 touch that that??? my boyfriend command the package 129 July 10, they received it July 13 and the NOA1 I arrive at the the 17, in it paginates of uscis leaves that they received the peticion that I gave already! !!! this is a month ago and everyone of this has touch and themselves that is! !!!! it may not be important nothing but themselves well that is not which has me very nervous. ... if they could help me with this themselves the agradeceria at heart

    Well..I rang up USCIS/CSC again today to find out EXACTLY what the heck was going on with our NOA2. The gentleman said that it had been approved as of YESTERDAY...

    I said WHOAAA...hang on...I was told almost 2 weeks ago that we had been approved but because of a goof up, someone sent it to the NVC without updating the system or even sending out the NOA2. I had confirmed this the 2nd time I called and inquired about it. The gentleman today looked and said...if this was the case..and if I had been approved prior..they had deleted all the information (HOW BLOODY CONVENIENT :angry: ). But he said that the system hasn't been updated yet, but my NOA2 was mailed out to me yesterday. SOOOO I will believe it when I see it in my hands.

    And I flat out asked him..do you guys need help out there? I'd gladly move from Ohio to California to process the backlog...if they are willing to pay for relocation :D

    That is a mess! arghhhh i'd be so furious! Sorry it had to happen to you guys but at least you called them again and found out the real status. You should be getting your approval notice soon. Well, I guess they really need help over there!!!

    You're tellin' me lol... I'm quite furious with it all actually, and feel they should do a bit of expediting since it was their mistake..not ours...hmmmm wonders if they would..lol..

    As a friend of mine from St. Vincent says..a woman should be cherished..and loved... he believes that the man should be serving his wife in bed...

    I say..his momma taught him right :lol:

    Anytime the male fiance/spouse wants to do breakfast in bed..let them! Makes them feel special too....
