You can file i751 devorce waiver case anytime, you can not be too early or too late, so wait until you get your device started, once you have filed for the devorce submit a full i751 devorce waiver case. You will need proof of a bona fide marriage from the start of the marriage to your separation. You will eventually need a devorce decree to get your i751 approved, USCIS will send you an RFE for the decree well after you file without one.
 
Since you can file a i751 waiver case anytime so if you can get the decree even shortly after the green card expires that would be okay to file i751 waiver case then with the final devorce decree and proof of bona fide marriage.  It depends on how long a devorce takes to get in your state whether or not to file with a devorce decree.

If you haven't even started the divorce proceedings in court, I would think that you do not qualify under the divorce category.

We just flipped to interview scheduled today - yay, finally! I am thinking if you got the 12th we’ll probably be around the 19th or so. 

I jointly filed my 495, 765 and 130 and finally got my green card in the mail yesterday. The officer at my interview said I should expect the card in 2-3 weeks after the approval date, but it came in just one week, even with new years in the middle of it. Hope everyone gets their approvals soon in this thread.

Just received my interview notice. 
Scheduled for February 12 at the Hartford office.

Received notice of “Interview Scheduled” for the local Hartford office. I’m glad to see processing being completed on the short side of the posted processing range (9.5 - 21.5 months).

Yesterday got my case approved! It's been 1 week since my interview on December 20th. The interview went well, she said that there was nothing wrong with our application and it should be fine - the only thing was she was super behind on reviewing applications and she said that she needed time to look through ours carefully. 
 
I only wish things were approved just a few weeks earlier so I could travel to Canada to see my family early January before I have to go back to work on the 13th. It's been a year and my parents were anxious too. 
 
But what a relief! Hopefully the card comes quick!

Took them 2 days after mailing it & 7 days after the interview.

New Card Is Being Produced

Today I had my Interview appointment and we got approved!
It was a very nice lady, in a cozy office. Nothing like the movies 😂 
Right after my interview, my AOS updated. yaaay!  

We had our interview earlier today. We arrived at the Tampa office at noon (the appointment time was 12:45), and were called in at 2:00pm. The office was very busy. The officer was professional but very cold . She went through all the information on the application (I encourage you guys to double check it the day before your interview), there were a couple of issues that had to be corrected (mistakes made by the paralegal we used). Then came the questions about our relationship, birthdays, birthplaces, how we met,  if we have met our families and what we have done together. Then she asked for the bona fide marriage proof, we brought so much stuff that at one point she was overwhelmed and said: that's enough, I don't need more.
 
She made copies of our Id's and told us we would receive a notification in the mail in the next 30 days. All in all the interview lasted close to 90 minutes. We left the center with an uneasy feeling. One hour later I received the status update that my wife's New Card is Being Produced. We are very happy that this part of the journey is over. Next step in 21 months.

Interview done, and card is in production!

We got there 5 mins before the interview was supposed to start. Traffic was hectic!
No problems though. Got quickly through the metal detectors, and a very nice security gentleman on the first floor pointed us to the window where they take your interview notice and give you a piece of paper with the number. You're supposed to listen to that number, and once they call that number, you go in. We got called 40 mins after the scheduled time, but the wait went by quickly. The nerves, I guess.
 
Btw, noticed that a lot of the lawyers were kinda late.
Which, imo, is very rude.
 
Officer was very calm and nice.
Considering how there were a lot of officers who were mean mugging all the time when they are calling you in for the interview, we got lucky, I guess.
No out of ordinary questions.
Asked for our identification documents, swore us in, took photo, then went through the I-485, asked how we met and what's our story, asked for additional evidence of bona fide marriage.
We had so much stuff prepared, but she only took lease copy, gym membership copy, medical and financial POAs, one utility bill, our photos which we printed on a regular paper, and life and medical insurance copies.
 
After that, she said that she needs to review the medical, as she had just received it, and that she will recommend us for approval probably today.
She also pointed out how this is a conditional green card, and that the conditions need to be lifted after some time.
 
And now, few mins ago, I received messages and emails saying how the green card is in production.
The I-130 case status shows that it's still in review though. I guess it's a glitch, or something.
They probably couldn't approve I-485 without approving I-130?
 
Overall, such a great experience.

Just got notification this morning that my interview has been scheduled! I was shocked to see this as the Orlando office usually is quite a bit behind (I wasn't expecting to get my green card for at least 1-2 years to be honest - especially if I go according to the processing times of the Orlando office) and very busy - but, I am not complaining! 

Just received my date yesterday and its schedule for January 16th

No problem, I haven’t received my EAD/AP card as yet either. Even though I’m a April filer, my 765 was accepted until the later part of May. My 485 was accepted when I originally filed in April. But my interview is scheduled on the 17th so I’ll wait for that instead of trying to inquire about the 765 and cause any delays. Getting everything one time would be perfect

If your interview is already scheduled, I would wait and just leave it alone.

The NBC processing time has now jumped to "May 10 2019." As few days ago it was on April 10 2019. Those of you in April should be able to to submit inquiries for "outside the normal processing time" now. 
 

Status just changed today advising card is being produced.   Wasn’t so much worried about getting approved but was concerned that everyone else was getting theirs so quickly!

Today, we finally received notice of combo card approval. Our processing was done at NBC. 

Update, got my letter with my interview date, scheduled for December 17th.
