I was thinking this landlocked would only be until approved then change of status. But of course it's going complicated when dealing with US immigration. I should of done the other route with the Hollywood producers. Long story.

So new info now is if I leave the country after getting approved I lose my E2 status because it was filed inland while in the USA. Rules!!!! Blah. I guess better to do it from outside and it's a 4 to 6 month wait only. Seems less complicated and less bs to deal with.

I plan on investing a large amount ($150k) If it's to little then I'll just buy the warehouse but if I am spending $500k+ then just do EB5 but that's down the road I plan on growing this business. But first I wanna get my foot in the door and start. If you see problems with it let me know. Because most get approved with under $150k. So need more and hire more folks is what you are saying?

Yes the office + storage will be probably less at the very start until I grow it to a good level after sometime. I am looking to drop $150k in total because I still have to send the money to buy the products in China. I can do as high as $400k. But that's a bit risky. Baby steps! $150k is fine I believe. Yeah sorry I don't know how to change the flag. So yeah coming in with my wife as a visitor, then buying/leasing what needs to be done after registering a LLC for that state. Hiring 1 person for sure along with 2 others if needed. To expend the business. Getting a office location for sure. And renting out some kind of storage place for all my products that I would be selling. And that's pretty much it. I was told you can file after 90 days of entering and just last night after posting here I just got word you can do some EXPRESS or whatever it's called to get an answer within 2 or 3 weeks or less if you pay extra for this type of service.
