@Mohammed26 Does this mean that both of you are just getting the NOA again without the actual next steps of biometrics? If so, then the submitting an inquiry is not working.
I have put in an inquiry for that as well. The information specialist also told me that if for 6 months you don't get an interview, I should call because I maybe interview eligible.
Which I haven't seen anywhere so let's see.

My package was delivered and accepted on September 26th, but we still have not received our I797 NOA as of today. I was able to get the Receipt number and was told it's in processing but obviously would like the Paper notice as well. Anyone else have this issue?

My check was cashed today. Waiting for any letter or confirmation.

Delivered on the 26th is still pretty recent, they don't necessarily open it the day it arrives. Give it at least a week before you contact them, you'll probably get something early next week.
Sounds good. Thanks for the response!

When did you mail yours in and what did you say. I called twice and nothing on my receipt # and it was delivered on the 9-26-2022

My package was shipped out via FedEx on 9-22 and was supposed to be delivered 9-23. However it was delayed and was delivered on 9-26 and was signed for @ 11:49 am.
I am hoping for an update soon.

Question....If we didn't fill out the G-1145 form, is there any way of knowing the case was accepted?

My AOS (K1) was delivered to USCIS Chicago Lockbox via FedEx on July 8th. At 4am August 5th, 28 days since it arrived, I saw the $1,225 fee deducted from my bank account. I am expecting a text notification and NOA1 in the next few days. Hang in there. I guess Chicago lockbox is experiencing a delay but it seems AOS will get processed. Hopefully under 30 days.
Same thing for me, I sent mine in on July 5th, considering the holiday I expected a delay but I wasn't expecting 26 days of waiting while it does seems to be normal with everyone on our month. Hopefully a much smoother process after this.

Congrats, did co informed her i mean your Fiancé right after interview that her visa is approved or co kept her passport and gave her 221g ? My Fiancé status is still showing same Ready. i am hoping to hear some good news soon inshaAllah as its already more than one and half month.
She was told that she was approved and would receive in 1-2 weeks but again it took 6 weeks

My fiance's interview was on January 14th and she was told that it would take 1-2 weeks and she was approved with nothing requested. CEAC status went from application received right away to administrative processing on January 30th to issued on February 28th (Alhumdulillah). This means that they're really backed up and someone who had an interview after was approved before me. If they're not asking for anything which is a good thing, then I would just sit tight and make dua that in sha Allah everything happens in accordance to Allah's plan and Allah knows best.

I would say use them but to a necessary extent. They're very knowledgeable of the customs and routines and in my k1 for Pakistan I did use maybe 4 picture from my engagement which was in a marquee type thing. Mind you we did get an rfe where I had to send even more proof of relationship which is where I added everything I could because I met her again in between as well. So definitely all proof you can give and you have a good head start with what you're doing. Good luck!
