Woohoo! Green card at the printer! See you guys again in 2 years minus 90 days 😜

379 days after filing our AOS, we finally have a green card in hand!

Hi all I just got a notification saying that my interview was scheduled. Don't have details on date yet!
I wonder if the fact that I am still not working, nor do I have health insurance still could be a problem. I filed before the public charge rule and have a co-sponsor already.

Great news guys, our case what approved!!! We had a PD of Feb 24 and did not submit an I944. The interviewer was going to submit an RFE for it but we convinced him to look into it further. If you want to know more about our interview let me know. 

These reps have no clue as to what they’re talking about. When we talk to a tier 1 she stated that my husband doesn’t have any correspondence or updates in the pipeline. This was last Thursday. He receive a bio apt that Saturday and his approvals today. 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️

you should have said,  i will donate 1 quadrillion dollars to RNC party . they would be on the hotline with the guy at USCIS 

I was expecting that already, I'm sure if I asked how to leave the country they'd be really helpful lol

I tried my senator and they are from the red party. No help at all

She went through the i485 application..clarifying my date of birth ..name...same with.my husband (usc)...she took a photocopy of my passport...she then proceeded to go through all the like security questions from the application about if i was a member of organisations etc..after that it was just a conversation about how.my husband and I met and the progression of our relationship...im 8 months pregnant currently and was extremely overheated in the office with the mask on so she asked if I was ok numerous times...she asked if I was working and I explained why i wasnt currently but that i planned to be by around Feb...it was just like a conversation but my husband and I are both chatty kathys so i reckon we answered a lot of her questions before she asked them about each other's in laws being super excited for the baby to arrive and all that kinda stuff. We were not asked for any like evidence of co mingling of finances or anything like that despite the fact I brought a bunch but we did give her an updated employer letter for my husbands job that she took...soon after that she said she was going to 100%  approve us and she went on to explain about removal of conditions etc and I signed a sheet confirmed i acknowledged this and that was it. I spent the entire 3hr drive home in a state of shock that it was over 

Just heard back from our Senator. Apparently my husband was approved last week for a combo card(no updates) and should be receive notices sometime soon. Btw: my husband has an biometric appt for 131 coming up🙃🙃😒

has anyone tried speaking in foreign language to EMMA. EMMA is learning and getting smarter to not connect to humans i see 

Aaaand just like that I was approved at the interview...such a nice lady who did it...didnt need to give any of the documents requested on the notice...all i gave her was a letter from my husbands new employer and his new Paystubs...other than that it was chit chat asking the questions we already answered on the aos form...im am soo soo happy. It's official, I am finnaly receiving my EAD card

We’ve just received a second biometrics appt...which is pointless. Yet no EAD APPROVAL.  Also, he has already taken his biometrics for AOS/EAD but the second notice is for AP & EAD??? Does anyone know why he has received a second biometrics for EAD If his fingerprints have already been applied. I’m thinking it’s an accident but hoping this isn’t the delay for his approval.

Talk to Emma on the website and ask for a representative. When you get to one ask for the tracking number.

It will come in a USPS priority mail envelope

I had my interview yesterday and I only took with me what they asked me in the notice letter. 
When u receive ur letter collect everything they asked for and try to level up lol I use:

STAGE 1: Interview letter and both passports (hubby and I)

STAGE 2: Medical Exam

STAGE 3: Affidavit support (I-864)and evidence for affidavit such as:
W2 2017-2019 original can copies; IRS transcript; Employment letter specifying pay rate and weekly hours.

SATAGE 4: Proof of legal presence such as:
I-797 from K1 visa original and copie; Copie of passport biometrics page; Copie of visa; Copie of entry stamp; I-94; Copie of marriage certificate; Uscis receipts.

STAGE 5: Birth certificate and translation

STAGE 6: Proof of bona fide marriage such as:
Original marriage certificate; shared bank account statements; Copie of a credit card statement where I’m his beneficiary; Apartment lease (I’m not in the contract; but our landlord write us a letter specifying that he knows I live here and he approved it and he didn’t write my name down to contract because he was waiting to re-new); Pictures before we got married; Engagement and wedding ring receipts; Proof of his visits to my country; Proof of economic support; Screenshots of social media posts; Pictures of the wedding and our new life as a couple”

STAGE 7: Exact copie of all forms I submitted (I-485; I-131; I-765)
 
STAGE 8: Form I-944 ( I was exempt; but I didn’t take any risk) that why i say level up.
 
 NOTE: I only have a folder with me and extra to that a Checklist letter on my hand, if she asked me for anything I will know where it is. Hope this help 

I had my interview today in Lawrence, MA. Got approved on the spot.
The officer separate us, first my husband then I, she asked me about our relation and his family; and my husband told me she asked him the same. After that, she call him and tell us “well everything is fine with you but you need the new form (Public Charge I-944)” I said I think I don’t need it, but there it is (I filled it just in case, I saw a person with same PD and they asked her for it and no approved due to lack of form. I tried to go well prepared), she asked for a minute and went to another office, when she go back she returned me all the documents and told me “you submitted your package on Feb 21 so you don’t need it, you’re approved and your residence will be mailing to you one to two weeks.”
 
I’m K1; she had everything there and didn’t asked me for anything extra. No evidence was required in my case.
 

That’s absolutely false!!! Do your due diligence and check the rmv website. When my husband went I took the information from their website with us so when they acted stupid😒 (which they did), I showed them exactly what their website says. After which, they had no choice but to comply.
