    D260 form and sending documents to NVC after approval I-140 (EB2 - NIW)

    As far I know, for NIW petition AOS and financial documents are not required and AOS fees option was disabled for me (exempt).

    But, when I login to CEAC site there are 5 steps and step 4 says to include financial documents and AOS documents. Is it just common message or also applicable for me? I am confused.

    Please help me kindly.

What you saying you are going to submit doesn't include that. What the police told you thats what they tell every body. But it wont change the fact that is what is required.     I have visited that agent but after listening the purpose of it, they refused to issue.

    They informed, such certificate is for personal record only and illigal to submit anywhere.

     

    Although other nearby agency issued me that but I am not going to submit it to NVC.

    I have regular one which is issued for visa purpose and I will use that.

     

    Hope they may be able to understand and accept that.

    Yes, the location in the map is next to Anguk Station (Exit #6).

    I have talked to nearby station and they told to to visit them tomorrow with passport, ID card and pic. They will check if they can provide as we need.

    Otherwise we have to go to Seoul.

    I have to check the map, where is the location of police station near US Embassy.

    Thank you, great piece of information for me also.

    I got that more than 1 year ago but wasn't required at that time.

    I will also need a police certificate at the end of this month and the information will help me a lot.

     

    Recently my I-140 has been approved and waiting for case no from NVC.

    Seems you have processed from Korea as a foreigner, so your experience will be great help for me.

     

    Can you please share what civil docs I have to prepare from Korea?

    How I have to upload to NVC? Online?

     

    Any other experience will be much helpful.

    And also thank you for sharing your experience.

    But, the scanned example seems vertical scan, which shows words horizontally as we normally read them on screen or printed papers (means top edge of the doc is on top).

    Am I confused or wrong?
