    I wouldn’t even pay attention to those uscis timelines, mine still says approx 13 month. You will get you interview status soon!

    Thanks! I didn’t apply for removing of conditions, I received 10 years green card because my 1 st GC interview was 1 day after my 2 year wedding anniversary.

    My status changed today to Interview was scheduled!!! I am expecting letter in the mail I applied April 21st.

    Almost 60 days since filing crickets haha Hopefully to hear anything by the end of summer.

    You will receive paper copies in 5-7 days. My payment got processed within 48 hours. Depends on your bank, card etc.

    Also USCIS website was down in the past 48 hours and I had some issues too. Just wait for the paper copy in the mail

    I know exactly why your sister was denied, it’s basic practice for the officer. Your sister is young and your mom would more likely came back home if your sister would be denied a visa, so its extra precautions by the officer. In their view everyone who applied for a tourist visa- is an immigrant unless proven otherwise. This is happens all the time in any country with a lot of families. Nothing you can do about it.

    I scanned all my documents with a scanner app in pdf file and upload where it’s asked during the filing process on the form.

    Good luck with the interview! Don’t forget to share the experience since I am at the same field office I skipped ROC because our GC interview was exactly 1 day after our 2 year marriage anniversary lol so they told me I don’t have to do it and I received 10 year GC
