Nayda got a reaction from little immigrant in Online N400 for Married Applicant-Urgent Question
I applied online for N400 (based on marriage after 3 years), and we have a 2yo child. I didn't have this warning about the support. I chose all normal questions and fulfilled all info about my child. I dont know what is right for you, I am just informing you what I had.

Try to read on USCIS official website all about it, or N400 form explanation.

The PDF has posted! My interview is next month, the 21st of February.

Can no longer trust any update unless it is an approval. I got my 751 approval update last year in April and I got the approval letter as well, and a week later, the update went backwards and said my 751 has been transferred to a new office. I was naturalized on 5/23/2018, and my 751 update is still the same saying it has been transferred. I would ignore any updates unless they are approvals or "oath ceremony scheduled" or "in line for interview" or "we mailed you the letter for oath ceremony".

This is why. Ohio cities have the shortest processing time for N400 in the USA

They might not process your change of address in time. Or they may. I would just do all your paperwork, wait to see where your interview is, and fly back for it if it is in LA. You can probably also ask that the interview is where you currently are living, but that may delay the process.

Nayda got a reaction from Russ&Caro in Traveling outside USA while N400 pending
Only to visit my mother. The time for procssing of I751 and N400 are long nowadays, so only a thought that I am stuck until I receive US passport is a torture.

Thank you. I completely misunderstood it, then. I understood that I HAVE TO be physically present non stop in the USA during this N400 process time. Where would I move residence outside of USA while applying for their citizenship - doesn't sound like a common sense hehe
How do they count the travel time outside of US then? Because you wrote in N400 application where you went and how long you were outside of US, and sent it. After submitting N400, and traveling abroad again, where do you report how long you stayed, so you don't overcome allowed period of 30 months or 18 month (if married to US citizen)?

No crimes! I am such a good moral person, I could get two US citizenships
