wait feb 2031 is ten years from now- feb 2021

they give green card from when approved, not when applied. 

 

If the date is past 2031 and it is a 12 year card, I have never heard about it.

I’ll suggest u check with VJ in general- USCIS is prone to errors (see ppl get a 10 year card when it should be 2 years and vice versa, etc) and if it is an error, u def want to get this fixed sooner than later

14th of Jan is when I got update saying they applied biometrics from last time.got mail  few days after that

all these forms are available online they different for every state i would advise all to do this .IO will take these evidence very seriously

If ur talking about original no but copy of any evidence IO can keep it and add to file u already sent ..my evidence folder was organized and had like 800 pages so IO said i wont be able to keep it becoz its heavy .theres no way u can tell yes or no but always have it ready like they gonna keep it

My biometrics were on November 28 but my case is still showing fingerprint fee received, I think and hope it is just a status update problem, because it's already my second application and I don't want to loose more time!

Thankfully i have my bonafide evidence collected already or else i would have gone crazy to all that around Christmas time..hopefully they speed up everyone’s processing too I couldn’t take wait

It can take time to go from "Interview is ready to be scheduled" to "Interview has been scheduled", but obviously he's already at this second step
