Oh yeah she can file  for you and there is no any problems about it even if you been knowing each other for a eight months or a yeah .

They did not ask me any question , I was only asked to swear to tell the Truth , nothing but the Truth and that's all and he said I'm approved and should expected to collect my passport within two weeks .

I suggested you took with you a photo album instead of 10 pictures at the interview.
A photo album that show's a lot of pictures in the album that tells how you started till now . I meant proof all your commitment.
Because the CO are very interested seen all this sometimes which speak more than a paper work.

Probably two to three weeks to be expected. They will ask you to come for the result before your next day for your interview date

All is good , the only different is Holy Trinity saved you with some minerals part of their services to you but Akai don't .

Be patient your case will be send to the embassy soon for an interview , the NVC have to contact the embassy in your country first to make sure they are available date from the embassy to enable the NVC schedule your interview.

May be your case is still in the queue waiting for available date to schedule for your interview .

What I meant was they give you drinks  in part of their services.

Open an account at my.uscis.gov it's easier to pay when u create that account if u don't already have . And u can even track your green card there .

Yes you will get that package and after the hospital sent your medical result to the embassy on your case issue,  which is under administrative process , things will turn into progress report soon by God grace !

No using the post office box wasn't a red flag issue at the USCIS rather it is a choice for an option given to any applicant's to have for their mailing document by the USCIS or the NVC !

Write to the US Embassy where you have to go for an interview clarifying what the Thailand police said and that you only need an assistant for a statement from the US embassy asking for the Thailand police to issue you a police report indicating that you did stay in Thailand country without a criminal vedic.
I surely believed the US Embassy will do assist you and write it for you , since they are the one asking you to bring it. Good luck.

Pls stop concentrating on a NVC , your case is now with the Embassy not with the NVC. 
Only the Embassy have the made date to tell you what is next to do now .

I'm so surprised you been calling the NVC while they have already finished with you and your document are with the Embassy !!!
By the way , if you said the Embassy are not responding for your calls , I will do advice you to write them through e-mail ,  and state all your problems surely they will take action on it and contact you later .

If only you the petitioner are applying for i-130 the requirements include the petitioner copy of his/her color passport  where your picture and information are and the back of the passport showing which country the passport from together with the rest of the documents

Your passport still remained two months to expired and since you are a Ghanaian citizen you have no problem travelling with that passport back to Ghana even if would have been a transit to Ghana , because your final destination is Ghana and you are a Ghanaian citizen.
 
Most important is the passport still valid , not yet expired !!!

You only do the medicals with the prescribed places the US Embassy in Ghana stated , and they are only two hospitals the US Embassy allowed for medicals :

 the Holy Trinity Medical Centre 
All in ACCRA 
the amount is almost 500 dollars and it takes three to four weeks for the results to come out .

I will advice you to let your congressman or a senator intervene on this matter if only you want a quickly result from the USCIS.
Congress or a senator are part of the US government , so any information they request on behalf of any person in their constituency will be dealt with.
