Worst nightmare: USPS lost my greencard and approval notice. 
The tracking is delivered at my PO box but nothing in my PO box. They dont know where it went. What should I do, guys?

Im sorry for both of you. I completely know how you feel because I had an interview 3 years ago for my first green card. It was awful. We both were super upset because the interviewer was doing the same. But i thought the result would be bad too but turned out my case was approved. I think if you told her  the truth and you did nothing wrong. You will be fine. Dont worry and stay positive!

I wont be able to apply for citizenship until 2022 because I filed for divorce. It's like 5 years not 3 years  

How's your case going? Anything from USCIS?

EAC here! My case was approved yesterday. Thanks god no interview.

Any movement on Vermont? I’m so worried.

You and me have similar case. We submitted our application same time and same location. I have not heard anything since I did my bio metric. 

Get some affidavits from your friend or family. It is the only thing you havent submitted yet

I think you can do early walk-in but you may have to go after 2pm because in the morning it's always busy. I went to the one in Long Island, NY. It's like 5-6 people there.

Hi everyone, I just completed biometric today. My appointment is 03/21 but I did early walk-in. The whole process took like 10 mins. Super fast at the location I went.

I am not sure what you mean by pop it back in a box with new form of payment or redo the full package...sounds like the same thing.  I don't see any reason why you can't include a check from your wife's bank account...simple attach check and mail again.  I suggest you also include Form G-1145, E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance so you can be notified by text or email when they receive your application.

 

Based on the timelines we've been seeing recently, I think it depends on the service center that your application is sent to.

I saw it's from vermont service center. I file I751 with waiver. I dont know if it's going to be different or the same with you anymore. 

USPS notifies me that I will get a mail from USCIS. Not sure what it is. I hope it's an extension letter.

I forgot to include my G1145 form so I did not get any text but usually everyone got their in a week.

FedEx confirmed delivery and the person who signed for it, but I haven't received a text yet...

I think my application package took longer to process than anyone here. I could not sleep for days because I thought I made mistakes. When did your package get there?
