@TheFutureMrsBowma Have you checked CEAC?  I checked around 1:00pm today and it said In Transit, and I checked like 20 minutes ago and it says Ready!!!!!   I suspect if mine has been processed yours has too, or will be very soon! 🤞 We haven't gotten any email yet from the embassy.

SAAAAMEEEEEE I jumped hahaha out of happiness. The letter isn’t really important anymore if you already have it all! Since the case is ready so is the embassy.

  3. Hey everybody! (Please don’t make fun of me or bash on my decisions) hahah I wanted to ask if you’ve heard of people who have shown up to the interview without receiving any P3 letter. I know the papers are at the embassy and it’s been 10 days since they received them, so I (naively call it as you want) scheduled an interview. I would hate to miss the money :( we paid for the Interview. At this point, we need a lot of hope! Thanks

Has anyone whose case was in the Nov 13th shipment heard anything from the embassy yet?  DHL tracking shows it was delivered Nov 19th but CEAC still shows In Transit and we haven't gotten any correspondence from the embassy yet.  We already have our interview scheduled for Dec 13th, I'm starting to get nervous.  I was expecting to have heard something like a week ago.

Saaaame here and ours is Dec 3rd 😭😭😭😭

    Hola everyone!

My fiancé got his civil documents yesterday, and will be scheduling his appointments for the labs and x-ray. How much time in between the lab tests and medical exam should there be (since they the lab results)? Also, he only needs his cédula and photos as identification, correct? Thanks y'all!

    Hi!!

They usually take like 1-3 days to have the results, however they don’t give you results. They actually send them to the doctor you scheduled your appointment with! (I just did that this morning)

Also, he’ll need his 2x2 pictures (which are 2-3) and his id!

I didn’t read anywhere in the packet that they must be originals. I plan to give them copies but will also bring originals just in case. I’m here in San Jose now. Our interview in on Monday 11/19 so I can let you know after if they accepted the copies for the I-134. Civil documents must be originals.

I hope they accept it, but I called last week and the lady told me the Affidavit must be the original document. I hope that’s not the case for you guys, but just letting you know

Also, how many days will it take once they ship the package from the NVC to the embassy?

Very close call, i was in similar situation a month ago. Didn't make it.. it's 50/50. Depends, on officers' mood, time of the day, day of the week, that days' humidity, weather, national election results, if NY Knicks won or not, how the stock market looks like, if El Nino is in place, and if your gas tank in the car is full.

Jokes aside,  hopefully you'll make it!

    HAHAHHAA LEGIT.
