I’m not sure if they are using my old biometrics as I’ve not seen That message before but hopefully they do use them, I’ve not changed much in 2 years!
I use an app called “case tracker” from the Apple App Store, I saved my case number on it and it updates me everytime there is an update.

I just checked the mail! I got my 18 month extension letter! Im so relieved, I can now go and renew my driver's license and get to travel for vacation this march! The paper feels abit thick and if you put it up to the light you can see the watermarks.

I have nothing better do on a Saturday night. So I was browsing previous months hows other filers are doing! Found out CSC already started approving Jan 2018 i751 filers. I have never seen CSC approving i751 within in a year. It seems like process is speeding up.. I am in no hurry but just saying!

Checking case status online should say what's going on once the case number is in the system.
My understanding is a 2nd Biometrics isn't done in a large portion of cases as they have AOS Biometrics. I did read someone missed their appointment because they never received the notice, but that was just one person. It doesn't seem to be a recurring theme as with the NOAs..who knows...but if we miss the appointment because of a notice that wasn't sent, that's on them.

Employment shouldn't be a problem. Do a self check e-verify on and you'll see your employment authorization is still good, NOA or no NOA, or stamp for that matter. If an employer has any issues, get them to do an e-verify.

Check cashed & text notification from USCIS: Nov. 23/2018
I-797 received: Jan. 14/2019
I think they're just backed up, plus the holiday. I did send an e-request Jan. 7 as almost 2 months had passed.

I haven’t talked to my lawyer yet. Let me talk to the lawyer and see if there’s anything I can do in this situation. Meanwhile, I was trying to see if there’s any way I can get the bills for the number registered on my name from AT&T. Worst case I can only produce emails from her stating that she can’t give the phone bills, though I had paid for it every month only because I’m on a family plan with her.

Just saw an announcement thats USCIS finally finished the data entry process for this year, and NOAs are getting sent out. I juat got mine after almost 2 month and probably soon the website updates should be functional with the data base up to date.
