  1. No copies. They let me know about it when I called up the service center.
  2. I was able to talk to a tier 2 officer and he confirmed that the documents I had sent are not on my file. I was shocked!!! He asked me to re-send everything.
  3. I received the RFE today and they’ve asked for documents I already submitted. They asked for birth certificate of kids ( I don’t have kids), mortgage documents(already submitted), drivers license of both wife and me (did not submit - I still have the license from NY where we both lived 3 years ago not the Illinois one where we lived for 2.5 years), property, life and health insurance documents (already submitted life and health), utility bills ( submitted electricity, internet and water), credit card (submitted joint cc statements). It also says not to send whatever I’ve already submitted. I’m super confused on what to do.
  4. I got the RFE email 4 days ago but haven’t received it via mail yet. How many days did it take for you to receive it from the day it was notified?
  5. Haven’t received the mail yet. Waiting for it to arrive!
  6. Waiting to receive the letter to figure out what additional evidence they need. This is nerve wracking.
  7. Waiver filer here. Received an email saying that an RFE notice was sent to my address

  10. I received an email notifying that an RFE was sent to my address. Still waiting to receive it.
  11. Congrats and thanks for the response! How was the interview experience? What documents did you submit with you original application and waiver package?
  12. Any 2017 divorce waiver filers have approval yet? Let’s track status and current updates on the case . I filed a joint petition in Nov 2017 at CSC and in Nov 2018 I converted it to a divorce waiver. Haven’t got any updates on my case yet.
  13. I had also filed a joint petition in Nov 2017. However I converted my case to a waiver in Jan 2019. My case status hasn't changed since March 2018. Was wondering if they have approved/interviewed any waiver cases yet and whether waivers have a different timeline compared to joint filing.
  14. Has any divorce waiver filers received case transfer or approval notice yet ?
