I am not so sure but I want to believe this is dependent on the embassy. As long as there are slots available for interviews at the embassy, any February case closed awaiting interview date, would get a date for April.

I am assuming interviews for March had been fully booked in the month of February so next interview notices coming out next week will be for April 2019 for February case complete.

Case Complete email received now. Submitted February 15th. Has anyone received an April date for interview yet?

I have just checked my status on the nvc case tracker and in the instructions, it states I should send my petitioner’s and my civil documents via email or mail but a week ago alongside with the ds260, I had already uploaded all the required documents online and submitted all. Do I still need to send via email or mail to nvc? Anyone got this same message during their process at nvc?

When did you get your case number? I got mine February 8th and I paid same day and up till now, it’s still showing processing. I called nvc yesterday, the rep said I should call back on Monday that the time given is a week before they can escalate it. This delay is so messing one up in the head after waiting for 9 months at uscis, 7wks at nvc for case number. I also emailed the IT desk... arrghhhh 😡😡😡

Ok. Well all you can do is wait for them to resolve your issue. Sorry, that’s the only option. Seems like they resolve it pretty quickly. Try later on today to see if it opens. Make sure all your documents are ready to go. You can use this time to scan everything and save it if you haven’t done that already, or fill out the paper DS-260. This will all save time later.

Thank you. Trust me, all documents are way ready, all I need is just that portal to open and upload all. This is five days gone doing absolute nothing.

No. Weekend excluded. Paid on Friday and cleared in account Monday morning. I sent an email to that same address yesterday.

Day 5 and it is still saying payment in process... I can't wait to get rid of this stage.. whew

It’s the third day payment was made and money taken from the bank. It’s still showing “in process”. Do I need to wait till end of day or morning of the fourth day? 

Guys, please what will the payment status say to confirm I can proceed with uploading of docs and filling of IV application? Presently, it is showing "in process"

You can always request a change of date if the date given is before you get your interview date. It will hold you up if your medical appointment is not in time. Once you get Case complete I would schedule my medical. Put an anticipated date in. 

I think the norm is, you need the interview notice/letter to be able to get medical done. The medical centers will request for your interview notice before they can attend to you. Except it’s different in your country.
