Thank you, is it likely that the interview letters coming out next week will only be for people with early February CC dates? My CC was on the 21, when is it likely that I get an interview?

I am not so sure but I want to believe this is dependent on the embassy. As long as there are slots available for interviews at the embassy, any February case closed awaiting interview date, would get a date for April.

I got  an email from NVC checklist for my financial sponsor, says 2017 transcript w2 is missing she said she did turn it in though im surprised they review my documents so quick . So , they basically let me know that they will.still give  me.an interview date  i just have to bring in sponsors documents with me at interview so i should have a date soon it looks like .

When did you upload and submit your documents?

    thanks guys.

I did not upload no w2 btw and thought they would request it. I guess I was worried for ntn.

2018,2017 and 2016 transcriots and the I 864 was submitted for the petitioner

    for the beneficiary

    passport page

    passport size photograph

    birth certificate

    police certificate

    marriage certificate

    that was all

No paystubs? No employment letter? No w2? I must say you got an easy reviewer on your case. Congratulations !!

  4. I have just checked my status on the nvc case tracker and in the instructions, it states I should send my petitioner’s and my civil documents via email or mail but a week ago alongside with the ds260, I had already uploaded all the required documents online and submitted all. Do I still need to send via email or mail to nvc? Anyone got this same message during their process at nvc

Ugh 😣. Monday is a holiday so that means we have to wait extra day longer to get answer from them.

Thank you. It has been updated to paid now.

My payment just changed to paid :) Hopefully everyone else who is waiting will get through soon! Also I just realised we actually paid on the 7th in US time - we’re in New Zealand so a different time zone.

It changed to paid at mine as well. Thanks

I used Chrome and a desktop and my payment is still processing after 8 days. Hope we all get some success soon!

When did you get your case number? I got mine February 8th and I paid same day and up till now, it’s still showing processing. I called nvc yesterday, the rep said I should call back on Monday that the time given is a week before they can escalate it. This delay is so messing one up in the head after waiting for 9 months at uscis, 7wks at nvc for case number. I also emailed the IT desk... arrghhhh 😡😡😡

Ok. Well all you can do is wait for them to resolve your issue. Sorry, that’s the only option. Seems like they resolve it pretty quickly. Try later on today to see if it opens. Make sure all your documents are ready to go. You can use this time to scan everything and save it if you haven’t done that already, or fill out the paper DS-260. This will all save time later.

Thank you. Trust me, all documents are way ready, all I need is just that portal to open and upload all. This is five days gone doing absolute nothing.

There has been a few people who portal still shows in process...email CAservicedesk@state.gov...NVC is being lazy...move up the ladder. This is the help desk for the Dept of State in Washington DC

It’s the third day payment was made and money taken from the bank. It’s still showing “in process”. Do I need to wait till end of day or morning of the fourth day?

You can always request a change of date if the date given is before you get your interview date. It will hold you up if your medical appointment is not in time. Once you get Case complete I would schedule my medical. Put an anticipated date in.

I think the norm is, you need the interview notice/letter to be able to get medical done. The medical centers will request for your interview notice before they can attend to you. Except it’s different in your country.
