Any updates on California filers here? I still haven't heard anything from USCIS since November 15. My status still says "Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received."

Hi!!!
Date Filed 08/05
NOA Date 08/23
Bio. Appt. 09/19
RFE 10/11
63 days ago uscis received our response and still nothing 🙄HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! 🥳
USCIS received my RFE response (for AOS) on Nov. 14, 2019 and still nothing. That's 49 days. I guess other people have been waiting longer than me.. Maybe our RFE caused our cases to be delayed by 30-60 days? I don't know..

any california filer here. how long did it take for your status to change from biometrics update to ready to schedule for interview update. thanks
Filed Aug 1st, did the biometrics September 3, received RFE October 30th, USCIS received RFE November 14, and no updates since then. I'll probably call USCIS after new year.

I would do that !
The processing center is on the page when you look up your case status on https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/mycasestatus.do or on https://my.uscis.govI checked both links as per usual for status, but not seeing anything related to the processing center. I only get this message from the old site:
On November 14, 2019, we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number. USCIS has begun working on your case again. We will send you a decision or notify you if we need something from you. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address. -
I mailed my wife's AOS July 29th and USCIS received it August 2nd. Had the fingerprint in September 3 and got an RFE (birth certificate length issue) Nov. 4. Status changed to RFE received on Nov. 14 and no updates since then. I guess I should wait until the end of December, otherwise give USCIS a call? I don't even know our processing center.

Update on mine:
Mailing date - April 9, 2018
Case Received - April 16, 2018
Approved - Oct. 5, 2018
Case Was Sent To The Department of State - Oct. 17, 2018
Received email from NVC with Case number and invoice ID: Nov. 30, 2018
Anyone here having issues connecting to https://ceac.state.gov/IV site?
I'll probably just have to try again in few hours. -
I received the NOA2 from the mail and verified through the uscis old site. Same thing with the NVC.

Texas service center. Beneficiary is from Philippines.

Just an update, here's my timeline:
Mailing date - April 9, 2018
Case Received - April 16, 2018
Approved - Oct. 5, 2018
Case Was Sent To The Department of State - Oct. 17, 2018
So my question is, what would be the next step for "Case Was Sent To The Department of State?"
Just wait? Is it necessary to call NVC or not? Thanks!

I wouldn’t put anything on the photos themselves. When my USC fiancé and I did ours, we put a caption beneath each photo with the date and location it was taken, and who was pictured (i.e. xxx, left and xxx, right). Good luck!
How did you put a caption? You mean on the back of the photo you wrote down the date and names?

Each of you are supplying a letter of intent to marry correct? Both say the same thing just reverse the names essentially. Can be signed and scanned by the beneficiary.
As for meeting, main things are passport stamps showing entry/exit of their country(or 3rd party country if that is the case), receipts, hotel receipt, any credit card statement from purchases, flight tickets/itenerary, ect.
I'm glad you asked, I only have one letter prepared. I will have my fiance create another letter with names reversed and signed, scan and send to me via email.
I have passport stamps showing I visited her in December 2016 and spent 45 days together, bank statement and credit card statement showing transactions, and of course, photos together, but those doesn't have date stamps. I can edit them to have date shown on the bottom. Or I'd rather not? -
I'm ready to mail my I-129 form together with other necessary documents. I just want to make sure that I'm not missing something here:
I-129 Form
1 each of 2x2 photo (me and fiance)
Copy of Cert of Naturalization
Intent to marry letter
Evidence of in-person meeting (photos, travel docs, etc)
$535 check
Mail it to:
USCIS
P.O. Box 660151
Dallas, TX 75266
That's it right?Thank you.

It depends; where do you live? A relatively fast field office is about 5 months; a slow one is about 13 months. Here is some unofficial (and imperfect) data: http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/aosstats.php

I'm getting frustrated now. The last update I received was from November 14 (Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received). Can I call the 1-800-375-5283 after 5:00 PM PST? This is just for my wife's AOS. We didn't apply for EAD/AP.
