So, do we need another Medical examination, for the interview, because i had understood after 1 year The Medical Examination expires and you'll need to take a new one, right ?
or do you go to the interview and they'll tell you, you need new medicals, RFE go home and wait another 3 months,
My interview letter says "A completed medical examination (Form I-693) and vaccination supplement in a sealed envelope (unless already submitted ) "
i already submitted my medical examination, for the K-1 Visa and gave my sealed envelope to the immigration officer at the airport when i arrived,
Thanks!!

I just need some reassurance or some insights.
I-485 Filed: May 7, 2019
Case Status Change to "Interview was Scheduled": October 29, 2019
Local Filing Office: Salt Lake City, UT
I read on Visajourney that most people receive a letter with their appointment information 1-2 weeks after the status change. It's been 3+ weeks for me, and no letter yet. I know it can take up to 30-45 days, but it just seems rare on this forum.
I called USCIS customer service tonight. They said no appointment time has been set, and no letter has been mailed. Anyone else in a similar situation?
Well i had a similar situation with a RFE they sent the letter
but i never received it
so i spent a whole month waiting for that letter
then the uscis website update my case to the letter was return to them cause was impossible to deliver it ( A post office mistake)
so i request a new one and have to wait 60 days to get a new one
you should call and they should send you and email with that info
cause your interview date must be close and you can miss if you dont know the date
-
well i had a RFE and have to waste 2 months waiting for the letter that never came on the mil cause it wasn't possible to deliver it (post office problem)
did a request and wait 2 months for that
then i spoke with a lvl 2 immigration officer and sent me the letter via e-mail
thing that they were able to do easily months ago
i sent my RFE in October and a couple days my case was ready to be scheduled for an interview
no EAD no AP no GC
i left my amazing job to be stuck at home doing nothing

this whole process is cruel.

Hello hello hello!
I just got recently approved today at my interview and I couldn't be any happier 😊!
I was just wondering if you guys could give me some insights into when you received your visas as me and my fiance have some plans and we would like to know around when should we expect to receive them, they told me in the interview that they'd give me the visa around 10 business days but have you guys got it any sooner?
Thank you in advance!
That’s what it usually takes about a week

-

If i apply for AOS with EAD should i have to pay the fee for EAD or it is included with AOS fee ?

Has anyone gone thru a recent interview? Just wanted to check how long it’s taking to get your passports back after an approved interview. Is there an option to pick it up instead of having it mailed?
good question I had my interview last Monday and don't know where's my passport.
-
No. you just have to apostle the documents issued by a different country
-
hello
the question is our I-129f was approved with a different address I recently moved

Hey guys,
So We had our interview today at 11:00am, was pretty smooth same questions about being a terrorist or being involved with drugs, then she asked about our cat's name, I said "Jay The Blue Ninja", she laugh and said I have to write this on here, so she wrote down our cat's name on the folder, she was pretty nice, then she said she has up to 120 days to approve our case, then she said but i don't think this will take that long , then when we left i checked my phone and refresh the app it says your case has been approved, not even 8 minutes after the interview,
So we were approved!!!
Thanks to all of you guys that has been helping every question i had with this long process
