Need some assitaance

I130 ( PD) May 2018 approved on Sept 10 Through F2A

I have already filed AOS and EAD in June 2019  since i am in USA already and is pending in NBC . I got an email on my I130 post approval On September 19, 2019, we sent your case, Receipt Number XXXXXXX to the Department of State for visa processing. You can find general information on Consular Processing by visiting our website .

Is this normal . Has it happened to anyone else . what can i do since i am already here in the USA

Yeah, that’s what I think too, I’ll be very hopeful for next week. Really don’t wanna refile this stuff again.. Contact Center is useless in such a situation as I see. They really don’t know where cases are until they’re in their database, so either luck or lockbox support 😂

was the money cashed at the same day you received NOA electronically?

Thanks . alerts received at 11:30 PM when i was about to say F***K this waiting lol .. check cashed next morning in online banking . Be patient i have seen guys who it took 35- 45 days to receive NOA1 as well ( 10 days fast 20-30 days -- + 30 days possible , +60 days USCIS lost it refile )

lol russian roulette i am afraid of the 00 and 0 hope its either read or black and you hit it 35 times soon by getting the card

Lol are you allowed to do a walk in . doesn it mentione the date it has to be ?

@Nadya You receive it soon this week or next week . Mine was June 17th so received last night . Yours is 22 so please be hopeful for next week . on a bright side you have already contacted lockboxsupport they will take 30 days to reply or less .i also had called uscis and tried to get tier 2 but left a waiting call list which they never called back

Finally received the NOA alerts

Check cashed -July 11 2019

Alerts received 485 765 131 - all there though sms and email on July 11 2019

Thank You USCIS GOD my case wasnt lost somewhere in the mail .

I sent a message to them through the website and also emailed to lockbox support. Let's see what is gonna happen. I wouldnt wait especially if your visa expires soon because you're gonna be out of status then. 

which webiste did you use ? I used the lockbox support email few days ago and still no response .

Mine was delivered June 19th and its 20 days today still no check cashed ,no emails , no text . kinda make me worried . Better late than USCIS losing it ....... Mine was sent by usps  to chicago lockbox . People who sent by Fedex to dearborn address  already got their receipts

I mailed my AOS package to the USCIS CHICAGO lokcbox through USPS

Delivered on June 19th - Shows in USPS tracking  ( almost 14 days now )

Still no check cashed , no alerts .....

should i be worried . Please let me know

Quick questions and suggestion appreciated :

1) i filed my i130 from my wife (gc holder permanent resident ) on May 7th 2018 and currently pending in CSC

2) My current status/ EAD expires on June 24 2019 .

3) Trying to file AOS once the may7th 2018 date becomes current ( right now bulletin shows Dec 1 2017 )

Question for you guys

Do you think i will be able to file AOS /EAD/Parole before my current EAD expires ( will my turn come )

I currently have a job so trying to get a EAD from AOS  when my current EAD expires on June 24 2019

Also while filing AOS do you need you send separate evidence copies for GC, EAD and parole or just one copy is file like ( one birth certificate for GC, EAD and parole )

Thanks @Bfree3 . Does receive date in receipt notice mean priority date when you guys filed for AOS .

For example my i 130 was received in May 7 2018 . Current date to file AOS is Dec 1 2017 . I was wondering did you guys follow the same method ? File for AOS when receipt date becomes current while your i 130 is in state pending

Thank you for creating this forum . I have been here in USA since 2008 and wife is on GC . We filed the I 130 petition on May 7 2018 . 

Need some advice on when should i file the AOS . My i 797 receipt notice has priority date blank . As well i think it is current for Dec 2017 . Any suggestion would be hepful .has anyone have their priority date blank ?
