Have you done your second wedding anniversary?if you have then is IR1 but if you have not done your second wedding anniversary then is CR1 which is conditional relative which last for 2yrs before removing the condition to have your 10yrs green card and it takes 16months for this process.

NVC don't work on Sunday next week Friday they will start scheduling P4 for Nigerians thats the info I got today from NVC.

people that are married before having a US spouse always have issues like this most of them are administrative process but am surprise seeing denial for the first time.

Good luck to does that have interview in few weeks and then congrats in advance to does that will get interview letter next week we all gonna testify the goodness of God in our families .

Is there anyone from Nigeria who receive interview letter today my wife just called NVC and they said nothing have change that they have not start scheduling appointment for applicant in Nigeria let's hope we get appoint on wed but if we don't that means we will have appointment month ending .

My second wedding anniversary is Feb next year and presently have not gotten my interview letter so if I have my.interview November or december I have to wait till Feb before coming so i can have my 10yrs, removing condition is another stressful process.
