The NVC has scheduled more than half of August for Lagos Consulate but I'm hopeful I will get a Late August/Early Sept date.

my wife did not feel any form at ceac site everything we did was manual we submitted the aos manual and the iv manual we paid for the aos after sometime we paid for iv they told us they are reviewing it for completeness I wanna know if people have receive appointment for August and September cause I started my process with NVC March 2018.

my wife did not submit any document on ceac site she only mailed the document to NVC office and when she told them about printing out the visa application confirmation page they told her is not yet time for that when is time for that they will let her know,that they have not sent the petition to US embassy in Nigeria .

we submitted both of them together but we paid for the iv first of June NVC sent us mail May  to pay for the IV but we made the payment first of June last 2weeks my wife called they said they are reviewing it for completeness that we would receive iv appointment letter 2to3 weeks but till date we have not receive nothing from them.

I called the NVC and the customer care person says that the documentary case is completed that I should expecting mail from them regarding interview. 

 

I want to know how long will I have to wait before I can be called for interview

which month did your petition got approved and which month did you start the NVC process ?

our petition got approved towards the ending of Feb,I calculated from when our petition was sent to NVC till date,I know my wife sent the AOS/IV form March we later received a mail that will should submit affidavit from 2 people that witness the marriage which we later sent to them, by April this year before my wife came to Nigeria we receive another mail to send 2 passport photograph of me and my wife which we did ending of may we receive a email from NVC which inform us to pay the IV fee which we paid June 1st this year so since then they told us they are reviewing the case for completeness last 2 weeks my wife called they said we will receive email 2 to 3weeks for interview details each of this stage we submitted document they told us our case is on hold pending when we submit the required document this are the process we went through make sure you have all the document ready before sending them and pay all the fees Abies.

Seems NVC hasn't started scheduling interview for August(Lagos).

 

They usually schedule interview for Nigerians middle of the month.

Abies thanks am curious to know the time US embassy in Lag schedule interview according to you it will all end in praise in Jesus name Amen,tell your husband to always call them,NVC value calls it signifies you took your case serious and bonafide marriage .

Mailed out our aos/iv package to the nvc yesterday and hopefully they receive it by 10-10:30am today EST time.

 

What stage are you now?

yesterday?,we mail out our aos and iv first week of March,we paid the iv fee June 1st but the aos was paid March my wife called them 2weeks back they said we will get cc this week or next week,my 1-130 petition was approved Feb so hopefully this month will have my appointment letter .

Take the declaration of age(2copies) with 2passport photographs to National Population Comissions in your state/city,they will take one copy and issue you an Attestation Of Birth which be stapled together with the original age declaration you got from the high court,make photocopies of it and submit it to nvc/embassy then take the originals as well as other original documents to the embassy during your interview.

 

It won't cost you more than 6k to get it done.

 

P.S: NVC does not accept only age declaration from Nigerians,they also want the Attestation Of Birth from NPC.

Thank you so much for the information,waiting for interview letter in 2weeks time my wife called nvc they said we will get the interview letter have done all the process with nvc paid all the fees,can't wait to finish  this case we started the process April last year over a year now still on it is tiring you know .

Abies good morning please do you know if the US embassy in Lagos accept declaration of age if you don't have a birth certificate cause my cr1 visa interview is coming soon and I don't have birth certificate I only have Declaration of age from the high court

we got our petition approved Feb and we where told to start the nvc process by March 10th my wife sento all the AOS and tax clearance during April we where ask to submit a document which is the affidavit of Witness for a bona-fide marriage which we did after one week we where ask to submit our both passport photograph which we the,middle may we where contacted via mail by NVC to make payment for AOS and IV which we did first of June till fate no update no c c notice and interview details and my wife did gastric Sleave surgery for weight lost and she has complication she needs me cause she through every minute can't eat or drink weak she cries everyday that she want her husband what are going to do? 

I am at my nvc stage my wife sent AOS and tax payment document to NVC March nvc later sent us mail to send some missing document till date we have not gotten an appointment letter the last time my wife called nvc they told her to tell me to gather my civil document how long more do we have to wait to get appointment letter our process will get to 14months this July
