  1. Yeah some of us are missing some info. My Husband only got the text message notification and the mail. I didn't get any text or email, nor email for him either.
  2. I couldn't edit my last post, probably timed out or something. Reason why I asked here because my Mom think it's something to do with I-751 filing and I don't think this I-130 is involved. Sorry for wrong location.
  3. I'm getting confusion. Can yall double check for me? So my Mom said she getting emails from USCIS (Which I don't think it is) and she saying she need to fill out the I-130 for my Husband (History: which we've already filed from I-129 and then all the way up to I-751 to here we are at now,) and I tried to explain that this I-130 isn't for her to fill out. What I think it was that she is getting newsletter and trying to help DHS but I think she accidentally falling into confusion of the newsletter telling her to do something. Let me know what yall think.
  4. Earlier from this thread I posted: -On June 16, sent package and delivery for 3 days. (pg2) -Hubby got text msg on June 24th, with status update from website acknowledge the delivery on June 21st. Sent to SRC center (Texas). (pg3) Update____________________________________(pg5) NOA arrived in the mail on June 30th, 2022. NOA said it received date 6/21/2022, notice date 6/23/2022. Payment accepted on June 21st as well. The mail said "Your conditional permanent resident status is extended for 24 months from the expiration date on your Form I-551, Permanent Resident Card. (AKA GC)". Mentions they'll mail out anything else as needed, including biometrics. Now I guess I'll be waiting out for about a year.
  5. Hubby got the text message but I did not, no emails either: June 24, 2022 Also: On June 21, 2022, we received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number SRC###, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you have any questions, contact the USCIS Contact Center at www.uscis.gov/contactcenter. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address. Now... what is SRC again? lol
