Received al three notice receipts today. They were all dated on 29May. The day after I called and also the day after they sent the biometrics receipt... but either way.. I’m happy to finally have them.

Hi everyone!
My husband just had his biometric appointment this morning!
He said everything went smoothly. Got there about 15 minutes before the appointment, asked for his appointment letter and id. Stamped his appointment letter and gave it back to him for our records. They scanned his fingerprints and off he went. He said it only took about 5-10 minutes!

Still haven't received NOA1. But i called today and they gave me my receipt number. They told me they mailed the biometrics notice yesterday. And that they will put in an inquiry regarding us not receiving NOA1. The payment went through yesterday as well. But i have not received NOA1 or email or text.. and i included the electronic notice in my AOS packet (3 actually, one for each form AOS/EAD/AP). Any way less worried now, i just hope the Biometrics notice isn't lost like the NOA1.

I've read that people have been fine crossing checkpoints with their expired Visa stamp and the AOS NOA1. I live in San Antonio so we will probably be testing that theory coming in a few months when we visit my family in the valley.

Hello everyone!! Just now finding this thread!
We filed our AOS packet along with the work permit and advance parole on May1st! They received our packet two days later and we got our notifications via text on May 6th. We have our biometric appointment on May 31st!
Our local office is Oklahoma City!
Heres to the waiting game now 🤞🏻

Hey!!! I got an email alert to figured I'd update my post. My status stayed at 'fingerprint fee recieved" the entire time... i got a letter in the mail in november of 2016 to say my interview had beem scheduled for decemeber 1st 2016. My status still said "fingerpeint fee recieved" even on the day of my imterview it still said that. At the end of my interview she said she would recommend me for approval and yet again my status still said fingeeprint fee recieved. It wasnt until 2days later my status went from fingerprint fee recieved to green card was mailed. Just cauae yiur case status doesnt uodate on the website it doesnt mean yiir case isnt movng but sure as hell plays with yiur nerves tho lol
