They work on cases pretty much every day but not every week. One week they update a bunch of cases and next week they dont. Oh and they dont do sh!t on friday. (They show up to work but mostly spend the day playing solitaire)

Mine says the same, The app tracker, website and the emails they send:

“Received at local office September 27th” “No updates and last time we took action was September 17th”  hopefully i get approved soon?
