At least all 3 tracker sites updates and showed the rfe..and the old site..and new site.. And email.. And text .. At different times all day.. Kinda drove me crazy expecting one notification to say what it was for.,

Well, well. We recieved a RFE. I know is not too bad but we did a great Job on the packet....  So anyway! At least we are not deny and they are working in our case Lol. The mail it was sent yesterday Oct ,16.  We are waiting the physical letter and see what they need for to take a decision about our case. I'll tell you all what were that RFE.

             April,18 (new site)

We see the notice for RFE in the new site, the old one still say "Case  was Received" just now.

We are there with you. Feeling the same I'm sure. Ive been racking my brain to try to think what I missed. Hope for y'all and us it is something simple and a quick fix.

I'm not sorry. At least they touched the case at 180 days and ill be able to load up on evidence from the august recent trip and updating the letters of intent I just redid and updated financials and going to go ahead and send police certificates from both countries and his birth certificate copies. Haha more more more.

I got mine professional done in England, and can send the hard copies by post, but was also given a digital copy. For the sake of time, is there a proper way to get the official digital version into a hard version that my fiance can do from Cali? I've emailed her the picture but she's not sure how to convert it. 

Just got email and text that an rfe was mailed to me today. So nervous as to what that could be..and how long it might delay the case

I called and spoke to uscis..their computer systems are down. I hope that means tons of updates

Of course Abu Dhabi would post a list that's unclear.. So not surprised haha . oh well I think he all the ones he didnt get listed on his school shot record. Oh well.nothing to change it now

I think mine went ahead and did it. I had to have for being a healthcare worker so I didnt even think about it. He went ahead and got all the ones he didnt have as a kid. His insurance covers them. Better safe than sorry since they are free for him

We are still on the fence about getting a new UK one for my fiance because he got one way back for his Canadian residency and has not been back to UK since. I still see folks saying you still need a new one anyway, but I interpret and am confident that the Dept of State site specifies *only* if you resided back in that country again after the dates the cert was covering. Anyone else dealing with this situation?

Better safe than sorry. I can speak from experience be prepared for everything.

My fiance gathered his police certificate 3 weeks ago when we met in Jordan and also got his police certificate from UAE today. 

I just got back Friday night from 10 days visit.. It is hard knowing there will not be any more visits until he can come. The not knowing is the worst.. But, we are all in this together and knowing that..somehow is a comfort.

You got this girl. We've all shown we are string and can do anything we put are minds to by all things we have overcome for

Lol I'm a big girl but I started the get healthier track last week so glad to see we have so much in common.. anything to make this wait go by faster. Talking about bringing useless things.. as we were planning to meet after visa in Jordan I said good I get a 2nd bag if you need to carry more of his things as he will move from use to Jordan and then texas. He said... I don't think I need to bring anything haha he said a new life doesn't need things.. I laugh because that man has so many clothes and things hahaha...and even keeps all his shoes in original boxes.. good thing we both have different ocd habits.  Not like TV show ocd.. but little quirks. All the more loveable. I'm sure yall have things like that with yalls fiancé's wow.. sorry.. Texas people are long winded sometimes..smile everyone and have a great/ blessed day!

Yeah, even my fingers are frozen id I set my air conditioner at 15 C  Hopefully I won't be sick when I get there LOL. It's nice to be stocked up @Katie312. Considering ORD, Chicago it as one of my POE

And we are being optimistic too, but just like @AmandaandChayne it takes at least a month to give the notice to work. But hopefully it will be fine, because I avoid going to Minnesota on winter lol. I live in tropical country and never going aboard even once.

 

We are the same and he hasn't seen his parents in Jordan in 2 yesrs for more than 10 days so he wants to spend a month there after the visa. So I will wait and meet him there like the last 10 days and travel to Texas because he will be here a long time with aos processing before traveling back to see his family. I used to live in Jordan and have been there recently.I went to use and traveled all aroubd with him meeting other family and friends for 15 days.
