Yes. You have an attorney. It was the attorney that made the mistakes. The attorney (who has been paid) should work on correcting those mistakes.

Yes that is what I did, I scanned my documents and sent it to my my husband in the us, he added his documents and send the entire package to nvc

Something may be getting lost in translation.  Do NOT send your actual passport.  You'll need that to get into the Embassy for your interview.  Send a color copy or scan.  The lawyer will need a number of other things including a couple passport style photos.  I would just clarify with the lawyer before sending anything, but definitely not your actual passport.

You’re talking 3 months, not 10 years, and OP’s visa is approved already. Even if it wasn’t, she couldn’t delay the interview by 5 or 10 years  Clearly it’s a huge difference in time and circumstances and not relevant to OP...

if i enter USA i cant camback in few months , I'm taking the process long with not sending the papers , I need to have the interview in october to have 6 months until March , I am taking time in process to have the interview in october , my state is easy, but the same issue is needing time after having the visa approved 
 

It’s not the same situation, so please don’t hijack threads...
and your only option is to enter the US before the visa expires, and then return to your country to do what you need to do about your diploma. There is no extension for the visa validity and it will expire useless if you don’t use it.
 

for my case i dont have any call from military any relation XD , they never sent me anything they never looked for me  , if  they ask me in consulate, I have neither exemption nor acceptance nor extension ...I hope they understand that

Im algerien i have 25 yo we applied for cr1 and now we are waiting for case number from NVC , in my situation i never received any call or letter from military i think is not important this , they want paper just if he served in military like job in same country or other , but if you are talking about
" الخدمة العسكرية"  او الخدمة الوطنية " service militar " i think is not requiered , just ask him and tell me ,, good luck

It doesn’t matter. The immigration process takes many months and people have to get new passports in the middle of it all the time. Stop stressing. When you can apply for a new one, then apply for it, and use it.

Same thing happened to us. Just update it, it's the same number. The most important thing is to have a current one at the time of your interview. 

Apply renewal ASAP because what if there is additional months due to medical reason, etc... 

I don't think that's a requirement during any part of this process... have you seen that requested somewhere?

The previous answers appear to be speculation.  Check the specific list of NVC required documents for Algeria.  Get each and every one of them (unless you have already, like birth certificate etc.) AFTER your petition is approved.  If you see the document you're talking about on that list, get it.  Otherwise, it is not required.

USCIS take about 6 or 7 months for NOA2 and after that another 2 months for NVC  so you still have plenty of time. you can change ur passport by Nov or Dec. 

You need at least 6 months on your passport at interview.  I highly suggest getting a new one ASAP. 

Good for you, but I don't think you filed for the same visa. 

Wrong i got my case number 2 week after the NVC recieve it  and I am from the same country as the OP

Whether you are submitting online or by hardcopy mail, you will know when NVC sends you your welcome letter. You can start calling NVC a week from the date your case was sent to NVC to check they have received your file. Currently it takes 5-8 weeks or more for a case number to be generated.
 
I can't answer your last question, so we will wait for filers from your country to answer that.
